wbkurth My name is Mark and I would love to act.I was shocked that the one who played Mary Mae,Rosalind Cash had passed. She is good on GH and on Buckaroo Banzai. I like your acting too. I will subscribe to you right now.
The writing of this storyline profoundly impacted me as a teenager. Thanks to the entire GH family and in particular the late great Claire Labine for this.
So profound! You don't hear things like this being discussed on daytime or on television at all really anymore. Being a Christian woman and having dealt with losing too many people to suicide this scene spoke volumes and I hope everyone that comes across this will remember it and keep it in their hearts. Kudos to Rosalind and the GH crew. God Bless
I always think it is kind of ironic that Rosalind Cash (Mary Mae) was in fact dying of cancer when she did this scene. I always wonder what was truly going through her mind as she spoke to Michael Sutton in character form about "grace realized" I pray she truly realized her grace. God Bless her. Thank you for this clip. It touches me in more ways than one,
Today's episode of GH (8.5.2020) referenced Mary Mae; specifically her belief in "Grace Realized". I am always excited when GH references it's own history, but today that was especially true. I immediately took to UA-cam in search of this scene; I think Mary Mae's speech (and Roslind's delivery) is some of the richest content to ever come out of General Hospital. I am glad some of the writers remembered and paid tribute to it.
yes. rosalind was dealing with her cancer at this time. It makes it all the more profound. She left us too soon. I still miss her.

I completely agree I loved GH when Wendy Riche was at the helm!! Liz & Sonny scenes always have that same spark!!
Beautiful scene and beautiful words! Amazing....
Beautiful and beloved scene with all involved
It is also so profound the words Rosalind Cash spoke, because she was battling cancer at the time.
Beautiful
Oh, wow.....beautiful scene!
RIP Rosalind
She could not have given a better answer if she had tried
