    for that thick rebar id use 0.45 wire but thats just me. nice vid. alos AC buzzboxes weld rebar even better with 7014 rods even 6011

      Good idea on the 045 wire! Nothing I have ever done with the wire feed is structural, mostly decorative things. I like the 7014 rod with the Lincoln! Thanks for watching!

    Rusty, thanks for sharing video of your Tooliom. Couple of questions,
    1. Where you running .30 or .35 Flux Core Wire? The manual says to only use .35!
    2. A earlier video you said you where hooked up to 220v, have you ever run this machine at 110v on a 20Amp Breaker?

      Mike, I have a Yeswelder #10 spool of .035 flux core on it since I got it. Seems to run cleaner than any other flux core I have tried. I have an old HF also.
      I have never really welded with 120v on any of my welders. I tried it out on low amps for a short time but not long enough for a real opinion. Thanks for watching and good luck with the welder!

      Yes but not as much as I used to, I had it fired up few months ago when I was comparing amps on the newer welder. Thanks for watching!
