The content is one thing but at the end game crystals for new units become so few and far between that you'll almost never have enough for a unit you might want.
You have to almost farm half a year to have 1500 crystals when you are old player

but that is the problem dude, if u are a old player, and did just the guaranteed summon and dont got nothing, what u can do? Just wait the next crossover? They need improve the content and the crystals... or up the rates of the summons, something need be done, sometimes i think they are just waiting... idont know what.@@youcansmile683
Funny thing is, Last Cloudia has this same problem where new units are the only "new" content for late game players. However, LC and GC have been stepping up with adding content such as Summoner's road but we definitely could use more content that pushes our units to their full potential.
I love last cloudia. I find it to be such a fun game but I'm definitely in agreement, you can still farm the new events but it does take a new unit to farm it better or faster which every single game is like that. Only thing I'm doing in last Cloudia is trying to unlock all the ability boards for all the units I have. At least grand summoners doesn't have that
The thing about last cloudia is the LR ark, you know that fill ultimate (must +10 so can refill all allies) and some limited UR that fill skill and the rest for farming crystal's yeah decent i guess
@@58_m.wildanhidayat99 it does kind of suck that there's certain very specific arks that allow certain mechanics like that to occur while there's not really any other options. But again that's very common. I think with any game is that the super ultra rare or limited arks entice people to pull
@@NameGoesHere123 yeah you're right. That specific ark is for competitive player in rank event. And that's why so many cheater (cheat damage and god mode) out there because they skip that ark. For character, i believe that trisula cover it all i believe (for the other equipment except machine I don't know, must that ark that reduce element resistance) and now i hope they bring some collabs like rezero, nier,dr stone back but to bad looks like no provit for bring them back because bad unit and ark 😞

The biggest issue is the rushed/skipped content. Certain content being gate kept by a specific teams/equipment.

The amount of banners they release does not equate to the amount of content we get. I’m a vet and I’m bored with my broken ass units lol

In my opinion GS Global dev really have to do something about it specialy for veteran player because like OP said the only thing you do when you finish all the side story and chapter and the crossover event its leave the game and comeback on it to get login rewards everyday and stuff they have to take action to keep the game enjoyable for veteran and also new player that will be veteran in the futur (Has well im not dev idk how GS work or even if they will notice the video and this comment BUT WE NEED MUCH MORE) that is only my opinion but ngl im getting tired of this but still do love the game and is community 🙏🙌

I personally believe that GS should have some type of repeatable content that isn't required, tedious, or annoying, but something fun, amusing, and hard enough to be unable to use auto. Something that feels fresh, doesn't require you to have one specific team, and gives an ACTUAL good luck unit or reward. I believe the main problem is the tedious nature, lack of overall content, and lack of crystals.
The worst part for me as a vet (roughly 1100 days) is that you run out of pots to even crest farm with. So i"m left with literally nothing to do until 1/2 crests come back. I hate the energy system, they don't even monetize it well it's just stupid.

in their eyes this is where multiplayer comes into play. Find other people and crest farm with them so you dont spent potions.
The unfortunate reality though is, you barely find any lobby that does this.
Yeah, personally i think that energy system should be a thing of the past in mobile gaming. It's 2023 and not 2015 and i can't believe it is still a thing. It's one of the most predatory systems of monetization in games.
Biggest issue is NO BERSERK COLLAB! Like UGH. Also clearing hard content is limited. I should be able to beat anything with anyone. Not need a specific group ya know?

I would love more endgame content so much, for me even mines are getting a bit stale since i have almost all the equips already. I also think that end game content need to have more sufficient rewards such as luck gems like you said, doesnt need to rain them out of the sky but just a solid amount for veterans who can complete this challenging content. Atleast we getting new ultra luck trial later this week! :)
Sounds like you've been playing Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. They need to do mine every months and raids more often. Plus we are still missing 20+ side stories.
One day i actually got so bored playing gs that i stopped playing for like 5 months💀 but now since they added new things im gonna play it again but i feel like if they dont do some about it more people are gonna be like me and gs will go downhill

A simple immediate fix they could do is a Hard mode of story. Same story higher difficulty and different mechanics involved
There's literally nothing to do, I play like once a week now on Sundays since I like that crest palace. I'll auto it for an hour or so and then forget about the game until next week. Plus I didn't get Emiya so that kind of deflated my sails a bit
gotta do the daily tasks for free crystals. its a chore but its worth it

My biggest gripe is with how massive the summon pool is. Which to me makes no sense why its still so big. There are forever summons which come around every now and again. So why not slice the summon pool in half and put the units that aren’t going to get any updates or attention into the forever summons
You are the most entertaining content creator I've ever seen. I wish you played more gacha games. I'll hop in to whatever gacha game you'll play next. May I recommend Guardian Tales, probably the best storyline on mobile. Keep up the good work, G.

Getting rid of stamina all together would be a nice start. A lot of playability is locked behind "do you have the stamina to do this right now?"
Im basically a new player, and I farmed about 900 free crystals which took a very long time. I spent all 900 on free crystal on the 11x unit summons and I have yet to get a single banner unit. I feel like GS is very stingy on banner rates and they are asking like 100 dollars for 225 crystals which is basically only four- 11x unit rolls , which you have a chance of not getting a banner unit as well...
- Only stupid spend on none guranteed stuff :))
- One 1st Pull on purple color every banner or just get to 1k5 for a unit banner u wanted
- Just look at the rate it's 4-5% for a guaranteed 5* (purple pull or paid pull) 0,xx% for a yellow pull not even reach 1% and u still go all in without 1k5 that's ur fault
- I got Chloe and illya from purple pull and many more time I got banner from just PURPLE pull and I never failed to get any unit I wanted because I'm not stupid to go for what people called GAMBLE. That's why people bankrupt from playing gamble stuff, just be smart, gacha game is also counted at GAMBLE but they have pity system to not make it worse more than GAMBLE and what make it charmed is because it hard to get.
- You trapped your self into gacha addicted that u go unsafe pull and got punished it's all gacha game system anyway so blame the game stingy when you don't have enough pity is some kinda retard player would cried for when they failed GAMBLE.
- About the paid crystal they did well on it, in the past u spend 200 paid on Bulleyes banner to get a random banner unit (without hero gem) and it could be a dupe of unit u already got. In the new system lock on u not get guaranteed banner unit from the 4th pulled but every pull have hero gem and rate buff with the half price on the 1st lock on pull. it save a lot of paid crys to go for pity.
First ost choice is OP marvel vs cap on 2 sets Dreamcast player Dude crossovers should be everything we get now and a raid boss or a tweaked mines style thing or hell maybe l a thing that changes unique to the collab. Please gs dayum
Finally, i was waiting for a complaint video and yes that's exactly what i feel, it's not a lack of game contents but it's too much worthless contents.
300 quest per event so that's 900 in total what's the prize? Stones, tasmons and recycling ticket.
Now do that along with 200 helper reward quest, occasional elemental ruins, equiment event (feena regulus in this case), dungeon of trial, and to make it worst they want you to exchange 20 crossover items which the last 10 cost 50k event currency on top of the tickets, lb stones, etc so it will be longer for you to clear out the shop.
What's worst than that? It takes your phone as a prisoner, you just auto it and can't do anything else, some genius dev decided that "Oh the grand summoners is so awesome that the apps needs to be pinned on top ALL THE TIMES!", It used to be easier that you can just split screen it or make a floating window so you can grind while watching youtube or something now all you can do is just watch the game play by itself. That's all grand summoners is today, an afk game with worst kind of grind ever.
One of my issues is that Saber Alter doesn't have any voice lines!!!! I click on her and nothing happens. It's like they released a non finished character.
100% agree. After completing campaign and side stories it got me into loop of only logging in and doing dailies and if there is no new content i just close the game and wait another 24 hours. Only moments when i actually play the game is when i get a new unit or there is new event e.g. new crossover. I can't bring myself to farm crests and even if i do that i only go for lvl 4s and stop. Also other annoying thing for me is lack of content to farm crystals on and i'm not going to farm 300 quests on every unit just to get a few crystals. It got to the point that after 1 year of bad luck on summoning i strarted thinking of abandoning global (would only log in and summon from time to time) after 4 years of playing and 100% focus on jp.
My biggest probably is they don't make hard event spex hyper bosses. Even a touch of difficulty can make them not mind numbingly boring.
About new content, remember the last time when an actual new giant boss came out? I don't.

I just hit this sort of slump recently. Last 2 months or so have been pretty dull. Until I finally pulled my first 6 star (Illya). I've got her up to LB7/LVL120, so I suppose it's crest farming time. 😅

I think it would be great if the made a custom battle quest where you can choose the boss and what they do or how they are like making them have to break or a ailment to do dam
Hell, I'll even accept old events that at least give us a bit of crystals.
Not saying at every stage of a rehashed event has to give crystals, but at least a few on clear.
Right now, older players or even semi-old players like me that had been in the game for some time is getting crystal droughted so bad.
Best case scenario, some content like side stories get their clear status (and crystals) reset every few months, giving people incentive to play those stages beyond just equips. (But we all know this ain't happening)
Or maybe weekly crystals for high ranking players in the Arena. This is a no-brainer that EVERY SINGLE GAME that has multiplayer (and arena) that I've played up until now has. It's just insane that conventional things like this is ignored.

My biggest issue is the Summons. Like c'mon now i tired like 6-7 times on one banner and the rate should've clutch in by now like Dokkan Battle Global & JP but sadly its not the case
I’m just glad I have played since the beginning of global I would hate to be a new player because if you have a character that isn’t maxed out then people usually kick you

Imagine a stage thats moderate in difficulty, except you're limited to only the 4 star units you get from the gacha.
It makes difficult content, that anyone can do or try. (I guess its also kind of an equip-check isnt it)
or imagine a stage where you're limited to only Main-story units. So you're forced to use like Zeorg and Roy instead of Saber and Shirou, Juno or Emp, or the likes. (Mainstory pre-emp..... I forgot emp was a mainstory character lmao)
Maybe even a stage where you're limited to Luck units exclusively, and then add a few new almost-decent luck units (Maybe even a free super awoken luck unit?) that actually give artsgen, or actually give some sort of teamwide negation. SO THAT you can use these newer luck units on new stages, without also making the new luck units absolutely busted that they can clear ALL endgame content.
ie, make No-Gacha content, and then adapt the unit pool to the stages, rather than make a gacha character, and then adapt the stages to the unit.
Yes, Grand Summoners is a Gacha Game. But the drop rates are also abyssmal. I went like 12 5-star guarenteeds and didnt get a single god damn banner unit. No ReZero, No fen, no overlord, no fate or anything. So, If you want your players to actually stick around, how about making content that you can actually play and complete even AFTER you get shafted. It doesn't matter how money-hungry you are, if your playerbase as already quit because they got shafted and theres no new content, you're making no money.

hey ty for your videos, they are looking great! so far im only playing arknights but im looking forward to start grand summoners. i just got one question: (i having 4-5month until i start in a new job)..so in the meantime i got plenty of time. could u just tell me how much time u are spending into the game, when u are in endgame (like u are) ? because in arknights im fine just spending like 10-15min each day (unless there is a speicifc event ongoing) ... because whe i start with work i got mayb 20-60min a day.. more on my day off work... and could u also tell me whether is it possible to clear everything using the auto feature? or do you have to manually do everything? TYVM :)

I do agree that rhey need to fix that gameplay loop thing. I can't continue the main story at all because I don't have really good physical tanks like Albedo, Shirou Emiya and etc.
All I see in my Exploring page is "COMPLETED" idk what to do other than just collect login bonus and farm
GS has a number of things to Fix and/or Add. Some are fixable, while others... not so much.
For me though, the main issue has got to be the Summon Gems.
Honestly, getting 30 Gems for 1 Unit is tough. I could understand 10 Gems for 1 Unit, since it would take 500 Crystals just to get that. Roughly the amount most GS Players have on average.
Maybe even 15 Gems, which is 750 Crystals.
But 1500 Crystals for 1 Pity Acquire... ouch.
If GS wants to keep the required 30 Gems, then the least they could do is make the Summon Gems Universal. So they can be carried for future Banners. Both for Units and Equips.
Does this make getting desired Units easier. Yes. But once used, they'd have to start spending Crystals and saving Gems all over again. So farming still happens, and people buying Crystals still happens.
If GS could fix that, for me... would make the Game that much more tolerable at times. Love GS, but these little things drives me insane.
I really hope we have something like Boss rush mode, or have stages where we have Choose 8 Units and those 8 units is the only units we can use to clear something like Dungeon of Trial.
For me, this game have many more possibility to have fun game modes that we can try than just clear some stages. They just need to be more creative and takes inspiration from other games, or just use a different approach than usual games.
I’ve been playing for a while now I believe 3 years now when Kill la kIll had its first few rerun! I was in the era of enjoying it at the moment and not caring about end game stuff and never wanting to spend money and that turned a whole around with whaling for meta units and needing to slow grind end game content! It sucks but that’s the toll gacha games do
4:23 THIS is the main reason on why I jumped into Epic Seven, imagine not getting any new unit since Emperor my last Forever was an absolute shaft so lets hope I get somenthing this time around
My biggest complaint is the lack of L potions, I have barely farmed the past 3 crossover cause I have less then 10 potions almost at all times
With the Way things are going in the game. I'm honestly afraid that hells Paradise will be showing up sooner than expected and I hope doesn't wee need time to Recoup from these two last crossovers

Gs needs to take notes from Dokkan bc Dokkan is my ol’ reliable gacha game I play that game till every crystal is dry then give it a couple months while i play other games then grind out all the new events and catch up to the meta and anniversary wwc tanabata All while having a good time not to mention the f2p characters and then being pretty good half the time
I know the global side of the game is trying to catch up with jp but I would love if they added 1 or 2 side stories we missed along side the new content for those who have been asking for it.
Honestly just make the rewards from completing quests reset after a whole crossover event, honestly I would be down to repeat stuff in the game if I got rewarded for it
I'm in a similar situation, even if I dont have the level to beat end game content like summoner's road, I really enjoy to play the game but it's true that it's very boring to connect to the game and just put a team on auto to farm an event to get few crystals that will alloy you to get shafted on banners when you have enough, and then do the same things over and over.
Its disconnected every time when you play multiplayer
global really needs a schedule for stuff like mines and raids but they also need to stop rushing out event because unless your a willing to spend there's no real way to get gems often especially at end game

Brother good content but I really say that they are really rushing us in global side a lot we got the Overlord Collab then the Fate one just leaving JP they throw it towards Global like give us a break to enjoy the units we got or just reset the multiplayer rewards every Collab but now they're expecting us to spend money every Collab and is really getting me and others tired of it. I love the game but is becoming impossible to enjoy it and get the new units as an End game player with all farmed

Worst part for me (FTP fyi) is that GS is pretty repetative, dont get a new unit then you wait for the next, finish the end game what to do next, ran out of gems do dailys and leave, got farm equips then farm for more.
Content and end game crystals definitely need to be improved. Already finished crystal farming compendium so now im just luck gem compendium farming since I finished all the other stuff

They could do daily tasks like around 5 to 10 where you get like around 10-20 crystals overall every day causing the Veteran players to play more active
I have like 1900 days logged in this game and have played it since the first metas came out in global and I agree with some of the things other people have mentioned too. The fact that I can have like 500 unique units in my library but literally cant complete some content without ONEEEEE specific unit with hyper specific equips is dog shit. Make the bosses difficult due to timing or skill or something but not because of an asinine debuff. The fact that mines and raids arent on a schedule baffles me. Also they could just throw these collab contents into the side missions like everything else and if they wanna rerun it then include the currency back to the mission with an item shop. I agree though new content no matter what it is would be cool.
What are your thoughts on the Dream Awakening update that's about to drop?
Coming up with new crossover bring back the great ones like yuyu hakasho or golden muy and new events and new ways to get luck gems and things for completely limit break seven stuff
Literlly cant even get past emi and i have shiro and miyu but the rest of my team is trash ash toto and sandstone..... my 2nd besr units
I am 100% down for more endgame content. The only thing I would want them to consider is the flexibility of teams for endgame stages. For example, endgame fights like ultra luck ginzo were ,in my opinion poorly designed. As of now, only one team is capable of beating it (hart, mako, Mizuki 12th and a really good healer) which even though I have the units to beat it, it is not fun at all. Adding more fights that allow people to utilize the different characters they have obtained overtime would be really refreshing.
Maybe adding more social stuff like guilds and guild wars and global chat
The only end game thing I’ve got left is setting my computer to run a macro to run thousands of runs to get my units to 2k and farm 5 crystals every 1000. Super good way to get enough crystals to have enough to roll every time. But that’s it. I play the game to collect, it’s a gacha game. It’s not like the game is competitive like team/ guild based games that need comms.
They could actually make guilds or whatever that allow players to compete and get rewards based on performance. Active, team building, and more rewards. All they’d have to do is run current events with guilds have cumulative scores. Additionally, guilds could allow players to use 1 of their teammates friend units on any stage to actually help players out instead of relaying on Multiplayer which is dog.

The biggest issue for me in this game is also the reason why i quit playing it the last 2 years. The summon banners are just getting bloated and getting the banner character is simply getting harder and harder to get the more they add characters, now they even made 5* versions of 4* characters which made gacha pulling even harder, they should've atleast remove some of the characters that aren't even remotely good anymore in the banner to actually have a decent chance to pull the banner character, because as an F2P this is just insane. As of now i returned to this game to get atleast 1 collab character which is ofcourse the Fate collab, and out of the 100x gacha pulls i had none of them were a character on the banners or atleast a decent unit in this version of GS, most of them were 4* characters that had an upgrade to 5*. Don't even get me started about Alch summons..
I have a question about the super awakened heroes how come they have never released a healer one yet they've done every single type of super awaken character except for the healing characters why!

Any quest with a red box is multiplayer and blue is single player story as for the support there units you can borrow from others when mines comes

Crossover events are too long. I have nothing to do and completed everything and just waiting for a reset if that happens.
Crossover events should be a month long
Raids/Mines should rotate mid month
Drops need to be increased on Mines
Add a new special event for a week monthly
I’m playing Slime Isekai Memories and they have monthly events with 3-5 mini events in between and up to 5 new units released for that months events

TBH i recently deleted this game for the same reason, too repetitive around the end game. It was a little hard to let go because of the years that I've played and amount of money over those years that i put in(yes nobody had a gun to my head saying to put money into the game). Also the content that needs specific units its plain BS. So long old friend.
In my opinion the best way to go about this is to remake arena, arena is the most boring thing in the game but if they remake it like having novice arena, elemental arena, and time boss arena and of course to not make it mundane give it different bosses or restrictions alongside spex spex hyper and awk versions whilst making arena rewarding and not just a way to farm food. Another way is to implement guild system which will allow a dynamic within gs while featuring guild wars, etc. And finally world boss that nobody can nuke instead of like raids style bosses these bosses are actually capable of lasting and if a raid boss isn't defeated within a time frame there should be some sort of punishment like taking off crystals for every player this way they are obligated to participate

Yes we skipped a lot of side stories but I don't know how many people remember that was during the time that crunchyroll was controlling the game and trying to rush certain hyped content to get more money out of the player base. Good smile is doing such a better job without them. I give Good smile a bit of credit now for trying a bit harder to release content, mostly in order outside of events. Yes, veteran players don't have much to do, but this game doesn't have too many players left who have been playing since the start of the game because most of them quite during the juno controversy. I guess at this point, though, a veteran player could be since the first opm collaboration. This game seems to mostly focus on getting new players more than trying to keep the veteran players. I am one of those veteran players, and I currently have 1998 days played. These are just my thoughts.

After spending 1.3k notice I cannot get 200 for shafted got no one
Lack of ways to aquire free gems on a weekly basis is definitely holding the game back, no players can even save for the character they want if they go pity on a single banner
Gotta love a game where you can't even play when you get shafted with abysmall rates
