I made this today and holy cow this is fantastic! The lotus biscuits make the best base and the filling was sweet , creamy and tasted wonderfully like cheesecake 🥰 definitely making this again! *update: this is now the most requested dessert I've ever made! I keep coming back to this video since I've made it several times already and it's almost never enough! Everyone goes for seconds and even thirds! Even the biggest vegan skeptics I know love it and can't tell the diference :)
I made the base as per website instructions. Disaster. Instructions called for 180g butter, but only had something like 120g or 130g and even that was WAY too much. Strange.

There are virtually no dining options, unless you come to the capital city of Zagreb but I don't find that so bad. As regards to these strange times, Croatian people are used to far worse s*it than this and they did not succumb to the fear mongering as some other nations. I lived in Spain until August so coming back home was heavenly! No quarantine since spring, relaxed vibes, not much fear in the air if you know what I mean.
