- With the help of OnTrack by Agricision, we are now able to bring GPS guidance to every single one of our tractors. We will now be able to use this system to aid in planting with our seed drill which does not have row markers, as well as spraying in open fields with no designated rows.
To a small farmer, this is a real break through. Anything that can be adapted to old machinery is truly amazing.
Oh ya! Was fantastic with our Melroe grain drill and JD 2950. No row markers made it hard to keep it really straight with no overlap before the OnTrack!
Hell yeah that’s really cool man I forgot I left a comment on your 1855 and we had a super 88 as well on the farm I worked on I had a great time as a kid growing up Oliver will always be my favorite and whites keep rocking my good brother😎👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
We still use our 88 daily on the farm pulling a hayride! Awesome!
@@creativecrops8683 Hellyeah the 88 is super cool you can use it for just about anything and it has its own sound it will humm💚👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😎👊🏼👊🏼
Dude, a time traveler designed that old tractor, that's why the i-pad fit so perfect
Can you make it go exactly north, south, east or west? I recently saw an aerial view of my small farm fruit tree lines on our appraiser site and it looked like I was drunk when I planted.
Great staff
Cool tractor
Hello can i buy it in Sweden ? 😊
Thanks for the review!! since this video how have you liked it? I'm looking at getting one and would like to know. I'm guessing it was easy to change setting to SAE
Sorry for the late response Ross! We did use it quite a bit more than I thought. We were planning on using it mostly for spraying and drilling cover crops, but we actually used it for tillage a lot on our older tractors. It's not nearly as accurate as WAAS or RTK, but after a little practice, you can keep those lines really straight!
I am looking for something like that?
Will it work on contour rows? Could you plant with it and use markers as well to help the accuracy?
Actually, the most recent spring update does allow you to use a contour rows feature. I have never used that feature so I cannot speak to the accuracy. I personally believe that running markers by themselves would be just as accurate as running markers and the OnTrak unit. The only benefit I could see in running both together would be if you were choosing to run every other pass to make turning in the headlands easier, or if you were using some type of racetrack pattern.
Where you buy ?
We bought ours at agricision.co.uk/
@@creativecrops8683 thanks
@@creativecrops8683 So there are no dealers in the US?
Where did you buy it ?

How do you like your GPS system?
We ended up liking it a lot. Worked really well for us. Thanks for watching!
@@creativecrops8683 how accurate is it?
@@waldnerjr7447 I would say 10-12in when you first start off. Then slowly you can get it closer to around 8-10in as you get more practice. Eventually, with decent time in the seat, you should be able to get around 6-8in accuracy.
@@creativecrops8683 do you think it would be 10' to 12' off on 240 foot rows?I want to use the gps in my 10 to 15 acre garden. Planting all kids of vegetables.
@@waldnerjr7447 It should work fine for that application.
Little late but is it available in the USA?

Are you still happy with this product? Is it still as good as you thought it was.?
We are very happy with the product! It is not nearly as accurate as our auto-steer tractor obviously, but it does great for spraying and spreading. Definitely, takes a little practice but once you are used to it, easy as pie!
