Thats a nice little system and the dome on the roof is not to in your face stand out so great for keeping the old tin looking original. i love that sound of the revs building proper machine.
Great video George love when the TW has the straight pipe on her it sounds so amazing when it's working especially when it grunts that why I love diesel engines when they grunt because it sounds amazing & also its good to see it working hard
That straight pipe makes the old boy beller. Lol I’ve heard of adding calcium to tires for added weight b/c it’s so heavy but it’s very corrosive to the metal rims. Water would work but you’d have to drain the water when the temps get close to freezing. RV/caravan antifreeze might solve that problem. I’m just not sure how corrosive it would be. Great vid. Look fwd to more that deal with the guidance system. Take care & stay safe. Cheers
Good stuff George! What's happening regards a Fastrac? Waters a pain in the arse when you get punctures. The flat lift is a power hungry tool my father used one for several years and the farm he lives on is very stoney. The flat lift came with three legs and the biggest tractor at the time was a ford 8210, it couldn't pull it and even with the middle leg removed it struggled, would've maybe helped if it has more weight added but it did have a full set of front weights. Did a good job when it did achieve full depth but it's a slow job if done right. In the end they got a shakearator which was slightly easier to pull.
wattsmilly01 , isn't corrosion of the wheels an issue with water filled tyres? With moisture and air in the tyre it is good rusting conditions, and as an oxidation reaction the additional air pressure would actually help it happen quicker.
