very insightful to see that the final product we see in many of you guys pages are well-processed images. often, amateurs like me get frustrated when out of the camera, our portraits dont look as we see you guys do.
The healing brush in Lightroom is way faster than patch tool in photoshop. Just hold command click on the spot and drag it sample other parts of the skin or image.
Hi Mitch Lally, I’ve purchased both of your preset packs from relay. But I didn’t receive a free update your new preset pack as you mentioned :( . I can share my email and both my receipts with you if you want. Also love you work since day one keep up the good content coming. Much love ❤️
I have the Canon EOS R. I'm not sure if your R6 does this or if your R used to do this but I shoot on manual and occasionally I'll notice that for whatever reason my camera will switch the ISO to "Auto" on its own. Is there any way to stop this from happening? My RP never did this.
I use Lightroom Classic for scanned film negatives only. For digital images there is no place for Lightroom for me really. All lightroom functions and more can be found in Camera Raw, including presets.

The masking and texture part.. damn. Gonna have to try that.
It’s really quick and easy - glad you found it helpful
@@MitchLally Definitely. Really appreciate your videos, man.
Portrait magic, Beautiful work my Lally🐨🤍
Thanks booie 🤍🐨
I'm here early but I got my coffee and my breakfast sandwich to make the video more enjoyable
Beautiful! I’ve found the spot healing brush to be even faster than the patch tool, give that one a try and see how it feels in your workflow.
with the newest Lr updates , are the content aware and clone/spot up to par with the patch level? in PS
Thanks for your simple tips in editing portraits. It saves me tons of my time.
It would be good if you showed the process without the presets and with the presets applied. The presets are like 60% of the look already :I
Will try implementing these tips into my next photos, thanks mitch!👌🙏
Wonderful work Mitch! So inspiring. Will try these right away on my latest photos. Thanks ;)
Thanks!!
thank you!
Both look good, to be honest
Awesome video!
Thanks!!
Thank you! The editing turned out great except after I hit Command S I noticed it save be I'm not seeing it in Lightroom though 😮
How have I never used Texture like that? Thank you!

That’s true although lightroom is really good for batch editing.
@@MitchLally Camera Raw does that too! It just a case of what you're used to.
I was using Lightroom and photoshop together, than I found out camera raw has everything.
please give a link to download free lightroom
hello friend, I can't access your site, could you open access for my country Kazakhstan
Miss those A7IV colors :(
The Canon and Sony really are pretty different. I actually think I prefer the Sony look as well!
