Hi there Shanzay I would advise you to use it on your clothes. But be on the lookout because I have an hack that you cab use for glitter that's on your clothes...

for clothing use only unscented hair spray
HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL - - - - make sure you shake off any loose glittery and always lay the garments flat when to keep the hair spray from bulking up.

No, you can't spray coat cost paint on clothes. You must use fabric glue

Yes the clear spray paint works great on glass
