For me personally; I call this a victory because I'm just REAL sick of Paramounts shit. It's straight up 2011 that DOTM should've been their final movie right involvement with Hasbro IPs but instead; Paramount was overprivledged for 13 agonizing years of one trash movie after another in a joint effort to keep their sorry asses afloat. Imagine having FULL ACCESS to such a precious, high profile franchise but your head's too far up your shithole to do anything smart with it. This studio & Lorenzo Di Bonaventura is an outright disgrace.
You know Hasbro could of did an Hasbro cinematic universe like they did before in the comics but it's done as an animated tv series kinda like the DC animated universe in the past
They will fail at video games. Have they not seen the current state of the games industry? I haven't bought a new game all year, and I doubt half assed Transformers games that come out annually would change that.
Hasbro also did well with games. “My Little Pony: Magic Princess” is a city builder game for Gameloft, and it’s based off of “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic”, and the game does follows the TV show. “Scrabble” on the other hand is a classic game, but the game show itself was excellent, and Chuck Woolery was an amazing host that ruled “Scrabble”. Sadly, he passed away at 83, and he was an amazing guy.
I feel like Paramount wanted One to fail so they could get more control. This debacle isn’t helping their case. Paramount needs to lose the rights. TFHypeGuy mentioned that New Line co-funds these movies with Paramount, so maybe Warner Bros. could acquire the rights from Paramount if Hasbro wants to move them. Travis needs to come back and be a creative consultant at least along with Josh Cooley. Make that original script, give Bee a mouth and voice, make Optimus a gentle guy again and ditch the Bayverse altogether. #SellTFtoLegendary #SellTFtoLaika
Paramount pretty wanted to quit after tlk lmao, the only reason why hasbro is still working with them is because no other company wants to work with them
No, I mean Legendary and Laika should work with WB to make sure that no studio execs interfere too much. Gunn’s DC seems terrible so far, where it seems like it’s him and Tom King doing everything.
the transformers movie one was a flop. i saw in in theaters, bought it digital on amazon and have it on pre order for steel back movie. that its hard to say this is a bad idea. i personally hate it. i was looking forward to a transformers 2. also cox or whatever his name is, is hated by everyone from what i understand. so its not a surprise. they will focus on video games. i hope pays off.
They shouldn’t have wasted money on Rise of the Beasts, no one wanted a follow up to a michael bay movie we wanted Travis knight’s new movies going forward. Bumblebee should have been the bew jumping point. I liked Transformers One but the marketing team for that movie should have been fired after that fiasco of advertising
@@MikrinttheAutobot I am not even picking sides here. I love most Transformers movies and media unlike overcritical and pessimistic shmucks like this one here. I've been unironically called a Geewunner countless times last year after watching ROTB, loving it, and saying that I prefer the new live action designs over the Bayverse ones, despite the fact that I actually grew up with the Bayverse. There are only two toxic factions in this fandom: Geewunners and Baywhiners. Other REAL fans just want this franchise to succeed so that we get more movies and shows, especially now when it felt like Hasbro and Paramount have finally set on a course correcting path with both ROTB and TF One. I don't wanna hear all this "they should have never done ROTB" nonsense because it was a great film, not perfect, and it could be improved in some ways, but it's in the top half of Transformers live action movies for me.

Well Snakes eyes, D&D and TF One all lost money so you can see why and before BB in 2018 hasbro never financed any of the their films so I wouldn't be too disappointed going forward.
Man, TF One depression hitin harder, guess it's gonna BREAKDOWN! Well, I was gonna do a Dead End joke. Nevertheless, we must enlighten each other's spirits through useless jokes.
To be honest, I'm irritated with Hasbro at this point, I don't know how I feel, I like movies, toys and comics other than Video games that Hasbro made over the years
Wait I have an idea what if they kept making movies and toys and had a different part of hasbro for the games and also had different teams so they won’t have to do this BS! But that would be a miracle if that happened but for now r.i.p. transformers😞😞😞 if the transformers in a few years doesn’t make a lot of money then it will be our darkest hour
I enter back into the Transformers franchise and begin writing a Pentalogy for this.... well... I'll still continue writing it. I believe I came up with so much ideas. Clownfish TV has spoken about them becoming a video game company. Its a mistake of Hasboro. I mean they make physical games as well, like Yathzeee. Are they going to keep making the game and the score papers?
While I am shocked about this news myself and it pretty much confirms that those Transformers One sequels won’t be getting made, I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t necessary. I feel like it’s probably for the best if Hasbro does step back from financing these films as Paramount hasn’t really been the best with handling their franchises, and I do think after the GI joe crossover film, that’ll be it for the movies or at least the series will go on another hiatus for a couple of years. I wouldn’t really say I’m worried for the Transformers franchise as it has had a history of taking a break for a couple of years and then completely rebranding the franchise for a modern audience, it happened after Generation 2 with Beast Wars, it happened after RID 2001 with the Unicron Trilogy and the same could be applied here. I mean on the plus side I guess this could mean that Hasbro will be putting more focus and effort into their other projects like with their shows and video games.
Hasbro is great, because of the IP’s like “My Little Pony”, “Transformers”, etc., but one of the classic examples, is “Scrabble”, another great Hasbro game, because of what happened over the weekend, Chuck Woolery has died. He was the host of “Scrabble” for years. I love the show, and I also loved the actual puzzles and the Sprint rounds.
We all had hope for more TF One. I love it and sad that nothing more is being done with the best thing they've done in years. But Crocks and Hasbro are lazy and don't know what they are doing with anything. Folks who made Baldur's Gate told Hasbro to eff off due to how they treated employee. Magic players have been sorely tested. D&D has been abused by Hasbro to lousy game system, OGL and other stuff where players go to other RPG systems that are better in ton of ways. What the future holds? Don't know.
TFOne failed because guys like him paid no attention to whoever was in charge of marketing. Marketing absolutely tanked what should be a revival of the series. Bad move on his part to disregard movies.
Honestly I think the movies stopping is fair from hasbro since like none of the transformers movies have done that well Everyone says marketing but like everyone (general audience) saw transformers 4 and decided to not watch transformers movies anymore And with toys not doing the best with kids anymore hasbro is gonna want to be more careful with how they spend their money with general audiences being burned out from transformers movies for the last decade and the toys and tv shows not doing as well I can’t even think of a way to release a profitable tv show in the streaming service hell we live in I hate defending big companies but I feel everyone calling out hasbro for not caring about the transformers toys doesn’t understand the situation this ip has been in if they keep blowing their money on big things they don’t get returns on then we’re not gonna get any transformers media anymore
I think you’re all overreacting. No longer co financing movies doesn’t mean no more movies at all. Surely there’s still going to be Transformers movies, this just means money for it won’t be coming out of Hasbro’s pockets, all they’ll have to do is green light it. And if the movie becomes a flop then Hasbro won’t suffer from the loss. If you think about it that is actually kinda smart, it can give Paramount motivation to handle future movies with care with the budget coming out of their pockets alone
Other than Bob Iger and Bob Chapek at Disney. And speaking of Hasbro, this past weekend, we just heard that Chuck Woolery has died at 83. He was the man who put “Scrabble” on the map. “Scrabble” is another game from Hasbro, and also, a game show.
The sky is falling! I have been saying for a while, to get new fans, go where the kids are. Where are they? In the digital space. They don't care about toys now. Get them through video games and Tik Tok. It's us adults who want to collect and if I recall, a few years ago Protoman saying collecting toys will fade away. It isn't the end, it's just an evolution. We don't even need movies, just give us a good show again.
Yeah and its about damned time. You can only have so many flops before you pull the plug. TLK, ROTB and now TF1 have all lost money. Bumblebee was the only one to not lose Hasbro/Paramount money in recent years.
Let Hasbro do its thing, and focus on games. “Scrabble” is one of my favorite games, because of the death of Chuck Woolery, the man who brought “Scrabble” to TV as a game show. I loved it back in the 1980’s, and I still enjoyed it so much.

Well then slag Hasbro I say we start making better Transformers Content
All of this is so they can make the brand go woke with the Hasbro label the company Hasbro would be even more broke
You know Hasbro could of did an Hasbro cinematic universe like they did before in the comics but it's done as an animated tv series kinda like the DC animated universe in the past
This sounds like Star Wars in the mid 2000s no movies only games and th shows
They will fail at video games.
#SellTFtoLegendary
#SellTFtoLaika
Paramount pretty wanted to quit after tlk lmao, the only reason why hasbro is still working with them is because no other company wants to work with them
Legendary?
@TitaniumBuilder8 james gunn dcu seems pretty promising so maybe if he's charge he end making something very good
No, I mean Legendary and Laika should work with WB to make sure that no studio execs interfere too much. Gunn’s DC seems terrible so far, where it seems like it’s him and Tom King doing everything.
I dont want hasbro just to be a gaming company i want it to be a toy company chris cox Needds to be fored
This is the worst timeline. R.I.P G.I Joe X Transformers.
And Chuck Woolery, the host of “Scrabble”.
the transformers movie one was a flop. i saw in in theaters, bought it digital on amazon and have it on pre order for steel back movie. that its hard to say this is a bad idea. i personally hate it. i was looking forward to a transformers 2. also cox or whatever his name is, is hated by everyone from what i understand. so its not a surprise. they will focus on video games. i hope pays off.
Man give us a war for Cybertron and fall for Cybertron movies with the bumblebee movie designs and I'm sure they would make bank.
If the this happens, figures are gonna be awful and have terrible QC and movies are gonna be bad and look like garbage
ARREST THAT MAN!!!
Arrest him!
Am afraid that is too soft of a punishment for his offenses
3:29 I thought this day will never come…
- Optimus prime
Hasbro, more like "Has BEEN." New
Transformers movies should be made in this generation.
ROTB was a great film and it’s because of haters like you that it flopped.
@@dkkanofkash8798 calm down both of you. Creating factions in our fanbase is last thing we need now.
@@dkkanofkash8798 You are right man mostly, but those movies failed cuz of bad marketing not reviews. Asides from that You do not need to explain to me anything more, I guess we as a fans understand each other to well.
Rise of the beasts was terrible that's for sure made a mockery beast wars
Blame paramount for having such crap marketing
Well Snakes eyes, D&D and TF One all lost money so you can see why and before BB in 2018 hasbro never financed any of the their films so I wouldn't be too disappointed going forward.
Lorenzo: *finally, some action!!*
Hasbro your really cooked now 😂
baldur's gate 3 is Hasbro so no wonder they think games is their future
It just like Franken
ex Disney ceo Bob The fucking ball guy
Man, TF One depression hitin harder, guess it's gonna BREAKDOWN!
Well, I was gonna do a Dead End joke. Nevertheless, we must enlighten each other's spirits through useless jokes.
I am Stunticonned by your jokes. You’re making me Menasor 😡
It was such a.wild ride...
@@blimbam Wild Ride-...errrrrrrrrr...-
To be honest, I'm irritated with Hasbro at this point, I don't know how I feel, I like movies, toys and comics other than Video games that Hasbro made over the years
No I need my tf movies I need them
Wait I have an idea what if they kept making movies and toys and had a different part of hasbro for the games and also had different teams so they won’t have to do this BS! But that would be a miracle if that happened but for now r.i.p. transformers😞😞😞 if the transformers in a few years doesn’t make a lot of money then it will be our darkest hour
That’s it, I am only gonna buy from third party’s now
I enter back into the Transformers franchise and begin writing a Pentalogy for this.... well... I'll still continue writing it. I believe I came up with so much ideas.
Clownfish TV has spoken about them becoming a video game company.
Its a mistake of Hasboro. I mean they make physical games as well, like Yathzeee. Are they going to keep making the game and the score papers?
Oh don't you worry the Hasbro loyalist's. Will stay with that company, long after it has sold all it's IP. And has gone the way of the dinosaurs.
Considering that they just put out an amazing movie and nobody bothered to show up, I can't say I blame Hasbro.
Hasbro’s people drove the short school bus
Been honest i dont care about trading cards and videogames hasbro sucks sadly
Hasbro is great, because of the IP’s like “My Little Pony”, “Transformers”, etc., but one of the classic examples, is “Scrabble”, another great Hasbro game, because of what happened over the weekend, Chuck Woolery has died. He was the host of “Scrabble” for years. I love the show, and I also loved the actual puzzles and the Sprint rounds.
Hasbro's screwing you guys over too huh? (Im a beyblade fan)
Don't know.
CEO are so dumb now days
yeah how do these people still work for an idiot who literally caused their downfall and their job too
Cox Cox things up.
I hope they'll re consider
TFOne failed because guys like him paid no attention to whoever was in charge of marketing. Marketing absolutely tanked what should be a revival of the series. Bad move on his part to disregard movies.
Video Games killed the cinema star
is it to late for disney to buys hasbro?
Disney was originally going to buy Hasbro, but it never happened. That was a long time ago.
I been saying Hasbro is fk, but I got banned on facebook because of it. Transformers shills are complete morons.
But I am not a crazy Disney adults
Honestly I think the movies stopping is fair from hasbro since like none of the transformers movies have done that well
Everyone says marketing but like
everyone (general audience) saw transformers 4 and decided to not watch transformers movies anymore
And with toys not doing the best with kids anymore hasbro is gonna want to be more careful with how they spend their money with general audiences being burned out from transformers movies for the last decade and the toys and tv shows not doing as well
I can’t even think of a way to release a profitable tv show in the streaming service hell we live in I hate defending big companies but I feel everyone calling out hasbro for not caring about the transformers toys doesn’t understand the situation this ip has been in if they keep blowing their money on big things they don’t get returns on then we’re not gonna get any transformers media anymore
TV sequel or sequel TV series then?
So no tf2?
0:43 okay let’s not make fun of people name , I don’t like what he doing nether
These business decisions aren't necessarily bad. Right now things aren't doing so well and the company is doing what it can to sustain itself.
CHRIS COCKS YOU ARE THE WORST CEO OF HASBRO EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
😭😭😭Why ? Why ?
Darn this is sad
The sky is falling! I have been saying for a while, to get new fans, go where the kids are. Where are they? In the digital space. They don't care about toys now. Get them through video games and Tik Tok. It's us adults who want to collect and if I recall, a few years ago Protoman saying collecting toys will fade away. It isn't the end, it's just an evolution. We don't even need movies, just give us a good show again.
I think its the end of a era, as we could see the tf ip. Become none existent.
I TOLD YALL. ALL THOSE HATE COMMENTS THAT I GOT HAHAHAHA I WAS RIGHT….at a cost…
negative
@ spiderman reference🤔
Really???!!!!
YAY there is a GOD!!!!!!!!!
Yeah and its about damned time. You can only have so many flops before you pull the plug. TLK, ROTB and now TF1 have all lost money. Bumblebee was the only one to not lose Hasbro/Paramount money in recent years.
Worst part is ROTB and TF One were decent, but it seems the Transformers have outlived their welcome with the general audience.
Just sell the toyline to China.
More angry fanboy rants. Let’s just stop making action figures. Collectors forget when we weren’t getting any of these figures
None of what you said makes any sense
@ how many hasbro figures do you own
Let Hasbro do its thing, and focus on games. “Scrabble” is one of my favorite games, because of the death of Chuck Woolery, the man who brought “Scrabble” to TV as a game show. I loved it back in the 1980’s, and I still enjoyed it so much.
