The Sausage roll discussion was really, really funnyDon't forget as a Goblin you can hide or disengage as a bonus action. Also I think AliasV might be adding her attack bonus to her damage as she keeps adding 5, or she might have it marked on the sheet as +5 when raging but adds it when not raging by mistake?
ThyrixSyx Even though the party has two sorcerers, you can see how different they are by their choice of spells and how they handle situations. Is Vikeru a divine soul sorcerer?
Merchant: Hunters Mark is extra damage of whatever type your weapon is. So for a bow, it would be piercing, if you HM someone and hit them with like, a hammer, it would be extra bludgeoning damage
@@MerchantTV also to note, the extra damage is considered magic damage. So if you go against someone that has resistance to non magical damage, your bow/sword would deal reduced damage, but your hunters mark would deal full damage
Still catching up. Loving it guys. Keep up the good work. Calling it, kash is dimir! Very subtle but he's talked poo on izzet a few times now and praised the dimir early in this episode. Could be wrong but I got my eyes on youuuu "Kawsh"
We have sausage rolls. In the USA, the Delaware Doughnut is good. We can get them with scrapple in them too. Scrapple is a sort of a cross between pate and a haggis., with all the leftover parts of the hog, plus any stray rat or mob informant mixed in. Good stuff. Delaware is between everything and we can find delicious foods, from cheese steaks to Old World Polish sausage. Delaware Provision co is nice, and will even turn your deer into sausage for you.
Love the campaign. I don't usually watch alot of dnd campaigns and really just came to see what ravnican characters end up playing like but I can't seem to stop watching. I have to mention though that weirds are not mechanical from my understanding possibly the core in the centre is but I believe there mostly elementals.
I know I'm late to the party here, but it seems like everywhere Kash goes he manages to either get a) pissed off or b) piss someone else off. Lean into that red mana, bb.
O.O people don't know sausage rolls? Growing up, they were one of my favourite foods at Christmas. My maternal grandmother used to make them every year. I'm in Canada, but my grandmother was British (she was a war bride, married a Canadian soldier and came over here after WW2).
the fury of the small ability basically gives him extra damage equal to his level against any opponent who is larger in size to him (once until short or long rest) so makes goblins more potent as characters especially as they level up.
Merchant! Extra food that Americans have no idea about! Chocolate biscuits! They just get confused! Are they cookies? NO!!!! They just don’t understand! And they don’t know what a Jaffa cake is!
Getting uncomfortable with Kash always being the butt of the joke. Even the DM seems to be getting in on it. Hopefully I’m misreading, but I played a game with the dynamic I described, and it eventually got to the point where the party was trying to get my character killed 🙄
Did you ever wonder what you were doing to make them want to kill you 🤔 This is a group of friends, I assure you Lockin was very much so in on the jokes.
Any reason you've chosen to roll your 2nd die on a crit rather than just doubling a single die? I know that's the base rules for 5e, but it seems like the most common house rule.
well they can be different, it leads to closer to average rolls instead of having a crit and rolling high and it being too explosive, especially for barbarians that get brutal critical.
To those who are watching this now, and I hope this comment one day becomes outdated. Due to scheduling issues and work of the cast the guild Gates and goblins discord was taken down. However. Let that not discourage you from checking their sub-Reddit if that's still up or just leaving a comment, otherwise I hope you enjoy the story as much as the rest of us did the first time as well as the times after.
Rasix snuck into the intro instead of Talora, woops.
It's because Rasix is L33t h4x
Sorcerer is spelt 2 different ways on the face cam frames, and how do you guys plan on showing multiclassing?

@@eyebite22 The +5 makes sense: +2 for rage, +3 for strength modifier. Pretty sure she has only attacked while raging, so +5 is correct
dont worry merchant we have sausage rolls in australia now you dont have to hate us
Oh, a bunch of zombies show up. Good time for a 2nd level cleric in the party to turn them.
Oh wait
Laughed my ass off during the lute shop scene! Brilliant NPC acting, Craig :D
same
Thyrix accually changed his outfit to match the colors of the guild! What a legend!
"I play with my hands!, like a real man!"
I laugh me ass of on this one
Music store NPC = best NPC
"Are you alright mate?"
"I'm the avatar of Deff" 😂😂😂😂
I really like how Kash is just the defacto leader, but he screws up at almost every turn if the rest of the party lets him
aw man, terrifying golgari guy was awesome
Yeah, he played that character very well.
Booding down under.
I like that Vikeru is the other side of Deru's coin. The rp is always entertaining with this party.
Hopefully he isn't too similar. He is kinda meant to be deru's foil and counterpart but not meant to simply be selfish deru.
ThyrixSyx Even though the party has two sorcerers, you can see how different they are by their choice of spells and how they handle situations. Is Vikeru a divine soul sorcerer?
@@robbieb7447 he is a divine soul. Good eye!
@@robbieb7447 Yup.
@@AKASyx Im glad all you guys take the time to talk to people in the comments, thanks for that!
Again, a wonderful combination of worlds. The understanding of the world of Ravnica lore makes this so enjoyable to watch.
the lute seller was awesome.
Since when was pigs in a blanket sausage wrapped in bacon? In the US pigs in a blanket is sausage wrapped in pancake.
The Music Shop was the best. The DM was just totally screwing with Kash. He walked right into it, every time. That was hilarious!
I love the Terry Pratchett reference. Would love a campaign in a colorful city of the disk world! Just imagine...
I'm so surprised he didn't threaten the lute salesman for the strings 😂

LOL "reg-golas"
Ayyyyeeeee waiting to leave for standard showdown and see this
In sleep's description, it does say that undead and creatures immune to being charmed aren't affected by the spell. Just a FYI
Reg is definitely my favorite character lol
"meat tube" is the most absolute martian way of describing a sausage roll, i love it
Not going to lie I’m going to miss deru
His memory shall not fade. Vikeru will see to "justice"
Lol may "justice" be done

And I was just wondering what to do with breakfast. Thanks for the timing Merch!
Absolutely love the series, keep them coming!
Great episode guys and girls, one of the better campaigns I've seen
Despite my glorious guild member dying, I love this party.
There Gone?!?! I thought there was only 1 downstairs

I'm finding it hard to believe Reg can seemingly throw Nat 1s and 20s on almost ecery single throw.
Is that the art for Totally Lost? It's gonna be on every map, isn't it.
America has sausage rolls, we just call it "Pigs in a Blanket".
Meldin the magnificient is the best :) love him
Time to find out How we’re replacing deru huh
I'll take 4 meat tubes
This is awesome. Can't wait for the next one.
Reg is so wholesome.
She's down! Who's the cleric??.
Crickets
I'm only at 25:11, but I think it's safe to say, that Vikeru is a much more enjoyable character than Deru was.
10 gold pieces say Kash is a dimir spy
Scoff Mathews
Grixis is strong with this one.
I PLAY WITH MY HANDS LIKE A REAL MAN!
oh man that joke about rock music :')
I can’t wait t see if you guys reach the higher levels in DND just to see what you’ll all be facing down the road.
Reg v Niv Mizzet lets go
@@MerchantTVniv doesn't stand a chance.
Can you link your character sheet so i can see all your abilities etc, really curious what it is that because its humanoid it causes more damage ?
Favored Enemy from Reg being a Revised Ranger

"A sausage roll is like a hot dog"
Can confirm, they're what we Americans call "Pigs in a blanket"
Goblins and ballbags
Great game ... Great fun
Reg is good at imitations.
Merchant! Extra food that Americans have no idea about! Chocolate biscuits! They just get confused! Are they cookies? NO!!!! They just don’t understand! And they don’t know what a Jaffa cake is!
Matthew Poole we have stuff called pigs in a blanket and we know what a sausage roll is you do realize different cultures have their own food right?
I'm sorry but a Starbucks that doesn't drain your life savings is the most unrealistic thing in this game of wizards and dragons
America doesn't have sausage rolls, England confirmed better.

dylan george we actually call them pigs in a blanket.

Talora is adorable lol
HOW DO PEOPLE NOT KNOW WHAT A SAUSAGE ROLL IS?!?! WTF
In America all we eat is McDonald's and gun manuals
I personally enjoy a good car magazine every now and then with some burger king thrown in
Lol for what its worth I had a guess. 😝
Comrade Fuzzy just saw a pic of one and am done for that.
Pasties are better than sausage rolls
Any reason you've chosen to roll your 2nd die on a crit rather than just doubling a single die? I know that's the base rules for 5e, but it seems like the most common house rule.

Americans also have meat tubes
So sausage rolls are kolaches?
Math is for blockers!
So if kash and reg are together and talora aseres and vikeru are together then they really are like scooby doo..... so is reg scooby or shaggy?
What website are you playing on?
We use Roll20.
No healer?
You dont need one.
@@PoppaRocks87 true. I was just surprised I guess
Im pretty sure Vikeru knows healing word, which is probably the best low level healing spell in 5e.
