I've never played DnD before, and had only heard about it. Since the start of the Icewind Dale campaign I've been getting into it, reading the lore and designing characters, and I've convinced my friends to start a campaign which has been so much fun. Thanks Merchant for properly introducing me to DnD :)
I really liked the description Hugo gave to Vee about the drink, really nice scene :) great to see another dnd game! super cool dynamic now: one week we get freezing cold, the next we get blazing hot (well, at least later on, eh?)
Great intro to the campaign, stepping it up at the production level is fantastic. You can definitely see the DM behind Merchants playing style. Awesome DM, Hugo and Francis dynamic is very enjoyable, well rounded characters. A very promising campaign! Congrats!
As much as I love Merchant's DMing style, this is a really refreshing campaign and I think I will absolutely love to have them alternate. RunawayRobot's dming is super on point and I can't wait to see how the campaign turns out! Super good call on all the cast as usual!

running this campaign for my friends and i still remember this being a very deadly encounter for 3 players. it almost started twice in the same session as 2 of the 3 players were down after the first round

Hey! I’ve never played dnd before. I’m really into baldurs gate 3 and I’m invested in the lore and they keep referencing events from Avernus so I knew I had to check out what actually happened. This is the first ever dnd game I’m watching and I’m excited! 🎉

I thought this was another episode in the baldurs gate playthrough but instead it's better. Watching merchant interact with other people is just the peak of his content

I watched / listened to the Ravnica campaign all the way to the end. I enjoyed roll 20 Adam koebel and the dungeon dudes a little when you guys stopped doing D&D until he kind of blew himself up. But I kind of liked you guys the best. Looking forward to you guys.👍
