Fate map and presumptive organ forming areas in chick embryo

Fate map of chick embryo is constructed using Vogt technique or carbon staining or radioactive staining and presumptive organ forming regions i.e., ectoderm, endoderm and mesoderm are marked. These regions grow and develop into respective organs and organ systems. Detailed explanation of which is given in this video.
