Ooh... Except the Worcestershire sauce, ganito ko gawin tapa recipe ko. Di kasi ako kumakain ng beef. Ang saya ko naman, may tapa pala talaga na pork. Kasi nagtataas ng kilay ibang tao pag sinabi kong tapang baboy 😂
2:48 HAHAHAHAHA!!! Same tayo chef ayaw ko din ng matamis sa tapa. Actually kahit Longganisa mas prefer ko yung Vigan Longganisa dahil hindi siya matamis. Grabe nakakagutom chef. Makapag luto nanga din neto.

My friends and I would convoy to Taal mamili ng karne and edibles. Along the way ang daming produce mabili jackfruit , gulay, mango, saging etc then on to picnic, mag-ihaw ng fresh na karne , the lake and volcano in sight . Haay ! walang ganyan dito sa America. Masarap ang Taal karne , bakit kaya ? Masubukan nga ang pork tapa .
