Ingredients & Costing:
Classic
1 1/2 kilo Beef Sirloin - 450 pesos
1 cup soysauce - 3 pesos
1 cup lemon lime soda - 5pesos
1/3 cup calamansi - 13 pesos
1 tbsp salt - 1 peso
1 tsp pepper 30 centavos
1 tbsp sugar 1peso
1 head garlic 5 pesos
1/8 cup oyster sauce 6.5 pesos
(divide the mixture into 3)
Chili Garlic
1/3 of the mixture 👆
1 head Garlic - 5 pesos
1 tsp garlic powder - 1.5 pesos
1 stick chili powder 4 pesos
1/4 tsp pepper - 10 centavos
Sweet and Spicy
1/3 of the mixture 👆
5 pcs siling labuyo - 3 pesos
1/3 cup brown sugar - 4pesos
1 stick chili powder - 4 pesos
1/4 tsp pepper - 10 centavos
1/4 tsp cayenne powder - 30 centavos
6x12 Plastic 4.5 pesos (9pcs)
Puhunan: 513 Pesos for 1.5 kg Beef + ingredients
Puhunan /pack: 57 Pesos for 240 grams
Bentahan: 130 to 170 Pesos per pack
Posibleng Tubuin: 658 to 1,018 for this batch

Naku Nina, i tried this sauce for my beef strips, it's the best I ever had esp the chilli garlic! One of the 3 parts sauce was used by my mom for chi ken wings adobo lol she just added banana ketchup and 2 tbsp soy sauce hahahaha. It came out so good! I look forward making some of your recipes and give it out to my children and grandchildren since this is also a perfect recipe to just dump in a crockpot/slow cooker and just come home to the good smell!

Hello po Ma'am Nina Bacani!! Iba ka tlaga, plantsado po yung mga explanations mo kaya talagang hindi ako nagskip ng ads to give thanks na rin po sa inyo. Pero ask ko lang po kung bakit may reddish water po yung bowl before nyo ilagay yung minced garlic. Need po ba na may water na ilagay? Yun po ba yon?

To answer your question, hinugasan ko po kasi yung beef, bale natirang water nalang yan ng beef kahit gumamit ako ng strainer hehe :)
