Great batrep! Love seeing all the different armies on the channel! EDIT: YOOOOO THE DRILLED FLANK charge!! Also there was a minute of audio overlap shortly afterwards
Ooops, thanks , yeah I see that now , a bit of an editing mistake. Ive been down to see the editing teams , sacked a few people , it wont happen again 😂
Love the Orc army! Such an eclectic mix, especially a modern character like Zarbag rocking out with the classic old metal Wyvern. Seems like most channels are playing Old World strictly with old hammer models, but to me that misses out on the fun of how massive the range available is. And the third party dwarves look fantastic as well, great stuff!
Really like the O&G army. Paint job is kinda mid but the kitbashing is superb. Every O&G army needs to be kitbashed, nothing ruins a chaotic horde like uniformity does. Good job 👌
what was the idea behind putting the rangers in range of the fantatics from the get go? their crossbows have 30" range. just threw away half the unit right there. also while having decent line of sight concerning the number of shots in a skirmishers unit, models in a skirmishers unit still block line of sight of each other so deploying them 3 ranks deep in skirmish formation would probably mean that the 3rd rank would most likely never be able to shoot anything.
Pg 155, titled 'Surrounded.' FBIGO doesn't pop through enemy units. That is only an actual flee from breaking. They would stay put if surrounded instead of giving groind or fbigo.
The surrounded headline is a section under the Give Ground headline and does not apply to fbigo. If you head to p.134 it says fbigo is a flee move with a couple of exceptions
Yes you are correct , I was told there was a clarification in the FAQ , but I cant find it. So yes they they should be spaced out so they can all see the target. "Skirmishers & Shooting As mentioned previously, Skirmishers can shoot in any direction. However, individual models within a unit of Skirmishers do still block line of sight as normal, which includes the line of sight of other models within the same unit."
these are the best camera angles ive seen. nice models too
Thanks 👍🏻
Excellent work- those orcs and goblins are so vibrant!
Another great battlerep!
Effective and easy to watch, love it :)
(Also: I look forward to getting my dawi army up and running :)
They are tough little buggers.
Great production on the video, Cheers! Fantastic O&G army. And yes Dwarfs should indeed be dangerous over short distances!

Nice video format, love it!
Good display of how important drilled is, even if not used to charge out of marching column.

Thanks , skirmishers block their own line of sight , we will remember that next time.
if you have 2 units of nightgoblins you need 2 nightgoblin characters.
Yes that is correct , I had a lvl 2 Night Goblin Oddgit and a Night Goblin Boss.
Great game.
thanks

So if they Fall back , they bounce through units ?
If they give ground they just stop if they hit something ?
@@CreakyGamers correct! And bouncing comes with all the normal rules, like taking damage moving though enemies and panicking allies
@@CreakyGamers Yeah, the roll for models whose path makes them move through enemy models is like a dangerous terrain one, but it's 1-3 Lose a wound
Could all the rangers shoot on turn 1? I wasn't sure how much vision they block from each other
My opponent told me there was an faq that said they could all shoot , they don’t block line of sight? I dunno I will see if I can find the rule.
@@CreakyGamers okay, I was going off of Rulebook, p. 184.

Night Goblin Fanatics die quicker and can even die on the turn of release so they are not just better..
