How to take your self care night to the next level: buy a foot spa. Add some water, essential oils, turn that bad boy on and enjoy because oh my, it's so good.
Okay this confirms I need to do a night like this for myself
girl, when you do the curls with the shark do them on second day hair and they will hold. another tip is to not run your hands through or comb the curls too much because they will fall by themselves during the day. if you want you can add on some hairspray. clean hair does not do a good job at holding curls.

Oooooh you aced it. The extra hair curl, next level. Nobody asked but I'm planning a similar evening tomorrow after I get my hair cut and coloured. I will use my face oil, my fancy Margaret Dabbs foot cream (the ultimate foot cream imo) and have the salmon avo roll, eel and cucumber roll, and big fat katsu prawns. Plus miso obvs. We don't mess about, we commit.

I’ve heard some very very bad things about that surgery and would not personally recommend but to each their own!
@@alexisbas10 I’m sure everyone would have a different experience, but for me, it was life changing. I would take the recovery from it over not being able to see two inches in front of my face anytime. It was a more difficult recovery than I expected. I also had to do the surgery that wouldn’t have a flap so that automatically made it a longer recovery period.
I have a secret about getting hair to hold a curl. I used to be like that, and it was my conditioner. If you want curls to last, don’t use any conditioner or product. That slip makes the curl fall out :D Crazy huh?

okay, i am late to the game, but I'm also not in the u.s. so maybe it is just less of a trend here. But what's up with everyone taking magnesium lately? What does it do? Is it safe to take, like Vitamin D, without talking to a doctor about it? is the thing about tart cherry juice and melatonin production real? I have so many questions.
Almost everyone has vitamin deficiencies of some sort. Magnesium deficiencies are especially common in women. It helps with anxiety, sleeping, and bowel movements. Getting a low dose supplement definitely would not be dangerous :) cherries are a natural source of melatonin and can help you sleep as well

In case anyone sees this: you can turn of the water when you are shampooing your hair ect. (basically anytime you don't use the water lol) We don't think about it bc we don't have to actually save water to have it but why waste it if there is no need? 🌍😇❤️
