Only respect to Venu sir. But there are a couple of things to mention. He says Kerala people admired Hiller, but ho about some Keralites admired Stalin, Mussolini, Cheguvera, etc.? It is true that Keralites do not have ideology or stand in any issues! But Sandesham movie was a real entertainer and eye-opener for many. It was not apolitical as it was a political statement that only good people deserved to be politicians! Another thing about music. Since he agreed that cinema is an entertainment, music is an important factor.

Many keralites celebrates Stalin with out actually knowing what he did in USSR in his time.because India was an ally of Soviet union and Kerala was under the influence of communism for longer time so the actual news was not available to the people who admire stalin.but for Hitler that was not the case , the people who admire Hitler celebrates his ideology and the things he did in Germany

എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപെട്ട ഒരു പാട്ടാണ് "കാതിൽ തേൻ മഴയായ് ". ദാസേട്ടനും ചിത്രേച്ചിയും മനോഹരമായി പാടിയ ,ONV സാറിന്റെ വരികളും സലിൽ ചൗധരിയുടെ സംഗീതവും എന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ വേറെ ഒരു പിക്ചറൈസേഷൻ ആയിരുന്നു ആ പാട്ടിന്.
എത്രയോ കാലം എന്റെ ഫേവറേറ്റ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരു പാട്ട്. അറിയാതെ ഒരു ദിവസം അതിന്റെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു. അതിന് ശേഷം എന്തോ ആ പാട്ട് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ പഴയ ആ ഒരു ഇഷ്ടം പോയി.

പാട്ട് bgm സെപ്പറേറ്റ് ആൽബം ആക്കി ഇറക്കിയാൽ മതിയല്ലോ, അത്രേം സമയവും ലാഭം വൃത്തികേടും മാറി കിട്ടും റിവേന്യു വരും ചെയ്യും, ചെറുപ്പം തൊട്ട് തോണിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു സീൻ ആണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ സിനിമേലെ ഈ ഓവർ ഡ്രാമ wasting each and every second by unnecessary shots to fill that over drama and songs, while we used to watch movies from the west were too fast and even 80' s malayalam films were fresh in content and yet fresh in frames and not wasting much frames of time as well as engaging

Your party came to power in Kerala under that name, in a dirty way.....
