First, I love the form tips and encouragement graphics you add to videos for the after party. Second, My hamstrings have apparently gotten so strong doing strength training with you that when I did a triple curl making it cute I jammed my middle finger. 😂 These legs are powerful now! I love when you offer the intermediate/advanced at a slower bpm! I still get hung up on the "Michael lunges", and find my self resorting to the regular lunges. I took your advice and did the "stretch after step" routine today!
I wanted to do this workout yesterday after lower body but didn’t get to. I bookmarked it for today. I’m so glad I did! I do enjoy doing step throughout the week. It helps me to practice for Saturday step. The music was great too. I love 80’s music 🎵

Thanks Chris. I hurt my shoulder and have to do more things with lower body for a few weeks (i hope) and this was perfect. I love the weights but as you repeated tell us we have to listen to our bodies! So glad you offer so many great options even when our bodies aren't cooperating!
Boy, do I LOVE this one! The music brought me back to my time at the skating rink in the 80s, and the choreography was so much fun! The tempo allowed me to add a riser and concentrate on the moves. I'm so glad you brought this back to us, it's in my Super Favs folder again. Thank you!

My second Intermediate to Advanced class! The slower beat is awesome for people like me who have mastered Intermediate & Fast Basic so want to try & progress to Advanced without getting in too much of a fiddle. Each time I got the sequences right, I was yelling, YESS! lol. I'm going to do this one a few more times & then I'm going to try the faster paced Advanced & see how I go. I'll never know if I don't try! Thanks Chris you've made an old woman happy today! ❤

I am stoked I was able to do this whole routine with one riser! I've been trying the slower paced workouts as a way to ease in to risers, and I am really happy I was able to keep up with the int/adv choreo. Great workout! I would love to see more of this type of workout. In my opinion it is easier to ramp up intensity as you clearly pointed out than having to slow down the music with bpms of 138-140 on UA-cam and lose the quality of the sound. Plus a bpm of 130 to 134 encourages better form when stepping and doing more advanced choreography. I also love when you break down the advanced choreography. Keep up the great work! 😁
