Geneva to Malvern road trip in the all-new Morgan Plus Four

- This time last week, the Geneva International Motor Show had just been cancelled due to Coronavirus, and we still had a Plus Four to launch. With a revised format to reveal the new model in Malvern, there was only one way to bring the car home. Here's our #GenevaToMalvern road trip story.

Honestly I feel like this is a better launch than just a generic stand at Geneva, the car is only just being launched and already it has some great stories, including a very British attitude and perseverance.
From now on, who needs a motor show for launching a new car. This road trip means a lot more than just parking a car at the booth.
Perfect Morgan. Well done. It demonstrates how well your DNA is configured to create opportunities when there is a problem.

I think there are lot of Things, that are worse, than having the opportunity to drive the Morgan PlusFour over more than 1000 mls back home :-)

Europe, six countries in a day and a half. Canada, Atlantic to Pacific at least four and one half 24 hour driving days. Canada, the USA, Australia, Russia and China. These are truly big countries worthy of a Morgan.

How many driving/channel crossing hours? Norman Dewis did it in the opposite direction in 17 hours in an E-type in 1961 - 59 years ago. Without a co-driver.
Cool, I am not often jealous of somebody's job but....
I wonder if there where many people along the way who spotted that this is not your usual Plus Four (yet).
Just had an idea: Morgan Plus-3T
A smaller car, between the size of the 3 wheeler and the plus4 and powered by a modern 3cl turbo engine. How much fun would that be? Like a modern Sprite, Spitfire or Midget.
If you go for this kind of presentation from now on, and you need drivers, I gladly volunteer :D

I have owned Two Morgans in my time I had them in my late 20s and early 30s It was a great time I am now in my 60s and I just cant get in and out of them with ease Great times super cars but for long road trips I wil stick with my Jag XK

Well , they did that way before my 2012 4/4 Sport ever hit the road . It doesn't have a wooden chassis , either !

It shows that filming a raodtrip is something different than designing a car.
Suggestion, forget about Geneva. Get your Morgan out and drive it across some big sky long road countries. See what it looks like with the Cape Breton Highlands National Park as beauteous background.

I love this car, but found the video very disappointing. I watched it because I was hoping for some useful comments about its usability over the 1000-mile trip. Instead I had to watch the antics of 2 clowns who didn’t even bother to give us their impressions! Thumbs down!
