We learned it in hungarian wrestling (khmmm... baranta khm...) this is not really a headbutt, but a push with the head and if you don't know this move you will be really surprised.

haha this is awesome! i think this also works out very well in a lot of ground fight situations where the heads are next to eachother.

this is a good technique. iv had it done to me.. with my quick reaction, i did the same thing back to my attacker and over powered him and shocked him.. iv used my head, so to speak, on occasions and it always worked... i like all you moves val.. simplified and affective

There are a lot of ways to get out of a bear hug, this one is very effective though. My favorite is the superman chest move though.

Its about what fits for the natural body and this is quick and effective groin shots dont always work cause of heights but this hitting the skull on differint points of the body nasty i love it

It takes years of training to be able to do this. I am one of the few people in the world who can do this.

Um no, it's just that I do Systema, so I know what I'm talking about. Furthermore, it's common sense.

Thankyou for showing this. I had the exact same thing happen to me by a bigger guy (I'm 5'5" tall & he was around 6 foot ). But just one question. He was at least a head taller than me and so not sure if I could reach his jaw area with my head. Maybe you should demonstrate this with a much taller/bigger guy to show that it works in that situation, PLEASE. Excellent work guys. Love it.

Sure there are many haters, I see it under every video and I hate them aswell. Coz no one of them ever tried Systema but is talking bullshit.
But, come on, you don't need to insult people for not knowing Systema. This guy seemed to me rather curious than arrogant. And It's not that easy to stay calm and think what you're doing when getting into a situation val described

bs, thats a well known pressure point. besides, I found that all they do is resist or move there head around out the way, it just turns into a messy struggle. the best way is to take a deep breath, move your hands up as close to his armpit as possible (if you can reach it then all you have to do is dig your finger into the pressure point there, easier for you, and unavoidable for him. if that fails or you cant reach, exhale and drop your body, jolting your arms upwards at the same time.

I'm not stupid. I'd say ignorant.
I have close to no fighting experience.
I'm still learning, just like how you "learn(ed) every part of the body is both weapon and target."

I use the a method where I snatch the eyeball from the attacker eye socket. If that fails and I am still being attacked I push my hand thru his chest and pull out his heart. My master taught me these methods when I was only 14 years old.

I've been in the situation and didn't have an answer for it.
    Not an effective one anyway.

I noticed that my chin and the bone on my nose are actually kind of pointy. I you aim right at the side of your opponents eye then that would really hurt.
