Troubleshooting-Exercising Blinds

This video demonstrates how to exercise blinds if the blinds have been in the raised position for a long period of time. Exercising the blinds will allow the cords to function properly.

I pisses. I have lots of dust inbetween the glass panels that i can't clean out. How do i fix this problem? How did dust get in there
