Nice video thanks for sharing. In my case I have the 50mm thick concrete slabs. Can I use the same technique as I only have the small grinder which you have shown here. Perhaps a cut on both sides?

Is there a way to make the cut edge look more like the other edges after cutting?
rest the cut edge on a bag of sand and carefully hammer the arris (top of the cut edge) to make it look more natural/uneven

It is very dangerous to use a grinder to cut a slab. Do your research.
It's very dangerous to use any tool for any job regardless of if it's actually being used for its intended purpose. Angle grinders are used for a shit ton of stuff and at the end of the day it comes down to when you use the proper equipment and take safety seriously. BTW you can use angle grinders for this exact purpose, just use the right discs. Simple as.
