Beautiful girl 😍 I have one Pokie...a Regalis. I love the colorful T's, but I'm a sucker for the basic black and white spiders. they're so elegant and regal to me. Congratulations on your Metallica, and I look forward to watching her grow in your videos 😃
We also have a regalis! Confirmed mature Female! She’s so BEAUTIFUL 🤩 We also love the black and white T’s the Acanthoscurria Geniculata is one of our favorite species! I can’t wait for the Metallicas colors to come out they get absolutely stunning as adults!
@@machostarantulas Metallicas are truly spectacular spiders! I'm done with orders this year, but a Geniculata is on my list of "must haves" for my collection 😊 Spring time will begin the search for the rest on my list too lol!
Nicely done, ive always found the metallicas to be more of a run and hide than bolty bolty. Certainly not so eager to stand and threat anyway. I need another, Christmas is coming, ill stick one on my list lol.
@@machostarantulas Yeah the colours are amazing, and even if it's a male, it still keeps a little blue to it unlike 90% of the others that all just turn grey.
You really should be wetting the bottom of the substrate before you add more layers. Also looks like you never compacted it and left it loose. If your spood ever decides to burrow that substrate is nearly useless cause it wont hold its form that loose. My P Metallica has never burrowed even as a sling but its gonna vary spood to spood
We appreciate the feedback! We have been making our Tarantulas little homes for years now and have not experienced this issue. If we do experience the issue I appreciate the heads up on how to fix it! Thank you!
