I own 7 snares! All 14 inch too haha: a tama metal works black nickel snare, a ddrum reflex wood snare, a vic firth piccolo snare that actually sounds great, a pearl export maple snare, an old whitehall (mij) wood snare, a dw design acrylic snare, and an omar hakim 30th anniversary steel snare!
and I sold mine also, but only because I met the original owner who sold it about 30 years ago, long story short, we became friends without knowing this, then after a conversation and machining connections, I had his drum. I sold it to him only because it was nostalgic for him and he was so grateful, he had always regretted parting with it and now they are reunited. I will get another one.
I know what you mean Hannah, i was deciding whether to put samples in or not. Putting the samples in ruined the flow and the romance of the video, so i thought putting the cards at the top for each snare worked best. Chat soon, Brendan
Ive always wandered about Drumcraft, they have a nice Copper snare available on Thomann now. And am thinking of maybe purchasing it
I’ve always liked their stuff, and I’ve I had a lot from them for over 10 years
Those are cool, I had a drum set, but I sold it when I moved, I would love to live somewhere where I can get one again
Thanks Bryan, yeah i know the feeling im in an apartment to, but i can play elsewhere, chat again, Brendan

Very cool, I sold a few last year so I think I’m down to 5 😂
Sonor makes slotted tension rods like them they have keys for proper tuning🎉
I enjoyed this but what’s with the music!
I thought at some point you were going to say “and here is the very last snare & it is haunted!!”
😂😂, I dunno that was the vibe I was going for 😂😂, all artsy and stuff 😂
@@BrendrumJones all cool 😉👍

I have the Roger’s Powertone. It does that classic 60s snare drum sound perfectly.
@ramencurry6672 amazing I would say, do you have a video?
I think you need one more snare drum 😂
Ohhhh there will be more, there will be more
nothing from Ludwig?🤔
No, well..... not yet anyway.
Nice , but no sounds from them
