@@DSMStrengthI'm actually an Athlete from Argentina and my team has no conditioning coach. So I basically do all the routines for the team by myself and these videos really help me save time.
The information is very clear, but i have trouble trying to develope the fisrt table at Google sheet, is ther any explanation how to create the first table?
Hi! Great Video. Is it possible to do the same in google sheets? I am trying to copy that in my google sheets, however I find difficulties when it comes to name the table, since it is neccesary to put filter formula at the beginning (6:45). Regards!
Great information! I just found your channel today. In your column RolAvg and TeamRol it looks like it averages each day to 7 days prior. (Monday-Monday, Tuesday-Tuesday, etc..) If I did a RolAvg column to avg from game to game (Sat-Sat and nothing else) for my individual athletes and team would I need exact dates? Or how would that be accomplished?
@DSMStrength , I love your document. I work in a football team and i would like to get apart of the individual players load, a graphic with the average load for everyday if a choose a week. Is it possible to get it modifying little bit this table? Sorry if you explained in other videos before but i couldn't find it. Thank you for all your work, it is very helpful to my daily work
Hello Dave, thank you for this tutorial, very useful! I'm wondering whether the "time" can be replaced by 'time under tension", because the amount of work is different. I mean that if you performed 50min of work versus 70min of work in a 90min training session, the stress applied will not be the same. What's your opinion ?
You can create your own dummy data to set it up then add real data when you get it.. just make sure you set up ur dummy data in the same format as what you plan to collect
@@kieransmith3742 no problem !! please let me know if there are any other videos you would like to see.. hardest part of running a channel is ideas lol
Hello, I can't make the type of session work. If I have several type of session, the type of session doesn't refer to the corresponding date. Can you help me ?
Hi Dave, I had a question regarding what if you have the capabilities (ie through Polar or Catapult monitoring systems) to get an actual training load calculation instead of using an arbitrary RPE and Duration. Would this still work or what specific changes would need to be made? As always great content!
Hey Will, it should work pretty darn close depending on what the output of the data is. As long as there is a date, and a training load value you can perform the calculation!
Hi, I am an athletic trainer from Taiwan. This is such a useful instruction and makes my paper work much much easier than ever (even im not s&c). I would like to ask if there is any possibility to have some application on tracking athlete's rehab progression by using google sheet? Well , still want to say thank you for this awesome video.
you might just want to put in the things manually, or you could use an index match formula. I would recommend updating your excel to the newer version if you can
