Hey Jeremy! Gotta say I love the videos, they're very well done with great instructions and quality, just had to drop a line and say I appreciate you taking the time to make them and help the rest of us on our way with our own projects. Im in the process of giving my 75' Chrysler 35 a tune up, so far I've done a few things but fuel pump is next on the list. I wanted to ask, do you by chance have video of rebuilding the carb? or plan to make one ( I know you already rebuilt it) I'd love to see a video on you rebuilding that carb and a quick walkthrough, I'm trying to learn as much as possible. Also where did you find the carb kit? did it come with jets or just gaskets and a needle valve? Anyway really look forward to seeing more of your videos! Cheers from Canyon Lake TX!
@@AlexsFilmz No alternator on these motors. Just a coils and points setup under the flywheel providing the voltage to keep the plugs firing. You'll want to run it with a deep cycle marine battery and then just keep the battery on a tender once in a while as the voltage gets drawn down from repeated starts.
@@603photog awesome thanks I’ve seen those coils I put my volt meter on it while the motor was running and it was putting out 13.6 volts but my motor cover says alternator on the front of it
Hi. eBay has been my go-to for probably 90% of my needs. A lot of older outboard manufacturers actually shared parts so look into cross-referencing part numbers. Good luck!

Where do you order your parts from for this motor I have the exact same motor and need to find a good place to find parts
Mostly eBay!
Where is the alternator on the engine?

@@603photog Do you search by part number or description on ebay?
@@pygmywarrior3 Usually part numbers. But sometimes you'll have to be more intuitive about investigating part number cross-references and such, too.
@@603photog Thanks Jeremy!
