For the love of gosh. Thank you for not insulting my intelligence. Thank you for not making me watch 20 minutes of taking the darn thing apart. Thank you for getting to the basics of it all. Straight forward, precise and comprehensible. Perfect.

+J Pat Thank you sir I appreciate the feedback. I tried to skip the time-consuming mind numbing parts and show you the basic stuff. As long as I show you which screws to take out you don't need to watch me take them all out. :)

Followed your guide, worked great. I watched a far more complicated and time consumption video first, but found this one much easier to follow. Good job.

Well recorded and explained. I'll give it a try since no one here seems to know how to fix this. Thanks.

Excellent video, I just replaced my battery! The difficult part was opening the cover because I was afraid of damaging the inside. The other part was handling the tiny screws! Also thank previous comment tip not to disconnect the volumn connection. All in all, it was easy because you gave clear instructions. By the way, I hesitated replacing for a long time since I bought the battery until I found your video.

Great video. I have seen several saying this is a T4 torx. I am 100% positive mine is a T3. I tried 3 different T4s and none worked... T3 was very, very hard to find, but it worked perfectly. I found a T3 at Home Depot, NO ONE else had them.

+Star Voyager Yeah some say t3 and some t4. I think Motorola used different size screws or something.

Torx T4 screwdriver definitely did not work w/ mine. Had to use a T3. Motorolla must have used different screws at some point. Or possibly screwdriver manufacturers are labeling their sets wrong. I would make sure you have both handy just in case...

+Boulder Mobile Car Detailing yeah that's too bad I'm glad you figured it out and had both to work with.

Sounds like a connection issue. I would double check your connectors make sure they are all together ok.
