9:52 thats munggo bread... those filling you see and tasted, thats mung beans.. pretty common in asian pastries.. the unique one in ph that we do in mung beans is making it a dish.. for most asians, its only for desserts or pastries but we also make munggo a soup dish with chunks of pork and with green leaves like malunggay (mah-loong-guy exactly like how you pronounce english word guy) or leaves chili peppers.. some people include chicharon to add crisp in the dish... telling this dish to other asians will make them feel weird.. maybe for british its like making fish and chips and turn it into a dessert..

im so amazed how u can walk that far without an umbrella in this heat. im in the house, with airconditioned room with my dogs during day time coz i cant stand the heat and bathe 2-3x a day. pls be careful heatstrokes happen during summer specially without umbrella while walking even a few riders and dogs suffers from heatstroke during the day. Purple = UBE. Better to go to Tagaytay City, only 2hrs away from Manila by bus, its cooler there and more trees, pine trees, the views are stunning, Philippines is more than its famous islands.
We have gotten used to the heat for sure after being in Asia for this long but hats and sun cream and air con breaks are still needed! And plenty of water!! 💦
I was expecting some great views of Manila but shocked how backward other areas are. Filipinos themselves are not proud of these areas, to say it frankly 😊
It’s hard to understand the contrast of Manila in Particular but it’s all part of the city and we accept it all
