I see a Good C.E.O. in this one. Unfortunately them fortune 500 C.E.O.s won't learn from it. These guys working for him honestly want to do good work And a C.E.O. should strive to have people like this and get and keep people Like this.

If I was a CEO, I don't think I will be doing all of that. It's too much of running around. I would be either at office or home. But yeah, if I am turning 60+ then probably I will consider my health than work. 🙂

This was actually a single day. Not every day do I have to fly places, but a key point to take away from this as a CEO is employee engagement. I'm a strong believer in employee engagement for stronger retention and value of those people.
