    Thank you for sharing your progress on how to use the fabrics. I’ve been researching on different eco printing ideas and colors and have everything set up to start. I didn’t quite know what I could use the fabrics for. My granddaughter is 11 and loves art. I’m going to try and get her interested in this process. She loves abstract so this might be exciting for us to do together. Your pieces are Beautiful!

    Hi Tracey, I just discovered you, and so, so happy that I did! LOVE these yummy fibers that you've dyed and rolled up with nature! But my heart just calls out to your amazing rusty, burnt orange colors! Oh yes! So, I'm your newest subscriber and cannot wait to see what else you've created on previous videos! Thanks so very much for these shares.

    Now I’m not into dark colors, how or what you’ll suggest to use for lighter colors like greenish variations or purple maybe….I’ll appreciate your response.

      Hi Anita, , if you mean eco dyeing, then I am afraid I am still experimenting myself🤣 But if you did not wish to dye, or even if you did you could always use a plain colour.. What about trying to dye with some red onions skins? I do have some pretty kits in lighter brighter colours as well 😊 if you just want to start creating.

    If you didn't have something rusty, what could you use?

    • @artfiberstitch
      @artfiberstitch  2 роки тому

      Hi Peggy, you could always make your own rusty objects as simply as adding non galvanized nails to a tray of water and waiting.or you can buy mordants from suppliers, but it is not as much fun. 😂
