    Ginger : 1 inch Greated
    Hing : 1/4 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
    Chopped Coriander
    For Masala :
    Papdi Gathiya : 1/4 cup
    Roasted Peanut : 2 tbsp
    Sesame seeds : 2 tbsp
    Desicated Coconut : 1 tbsp
    Garlic : 5 to 6 Clove
    Red Chilli powder : 2 tbsp
    Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
    salt : 1/4 tsp
    Dhanajeera : 1 tbsp
    Roasted Jeera powder : 1 tbsp
    Garam Masala : 1 tsp
    Jaggery : 1 tbsp
    Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
    Chopped Coriander : 2 tbsp
