For people in their 80s and older, it must have been so nostalgic hearing "God Save The King" for the first time in 70 years, would have given them memories from when George VI was king and when they heard god save the king in 1951 and before.
When the Queen died, I could hardly believe that we haven't heard God Save the King for seventy years. Technology has changed so much, and ever since Charles III was proclaimed King, I heard some of the best versions of God Save the King. Britain will continue to use this anthem for the next monarchs, William V and George VII, who will follow Charles III.
