Hello Leah, I found your channel just now through your account on Goodreads, and both of them are more beautiful than each other and you are more beautiful than them. There is also something else that caught my eye very much, which is your support for the Palestinian cause. I salute you very much for that, as it shows me your humanity and your love for goodness and peace. My greetings to you from Egypt ❤
I'm also planning on reading Dallergut Dream Department Store this month - so excited! I had to order it from the UK because it's not coming out here until next summer.
@loverofpages I read Near to the Wild Heart, too, after seeing you gush over it. 🫠🥰 I really did enjoy it. 🤍 This year, I think I will read The Apple in the Dark.
So excited to have found your channel! It’s so fun finding other British booktubers 🥰 January sounds like it’s going to be an amaaazing reading month for you!!
Great choice! 'The Catch' by Amy Lea, is a must read 📖💫 The storyline and characters kept me hooked from start to finish. Amy Lea's writing style is engaging and evocative, making the book truly hard to put down. Highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a gripping and emotional story.
You definitely don't need to read icebreaker! It's the same as any romance series where it is a better experience to read in order, but it's not needed:) I personally enjoyed icebreaker a bit more!
My reading goal is always 1 book as a joke! I only read 7 last year because my breakup triggered me to be in a book slump as I read books before I got broken up with and at the end of 2023, I managed to get out of it and read a book I read before the breakup! Hoping this year is a good year for reading ❤
The 3 books I have started this year with are; Inkheart (Physical), Assassin’s Blade (Digital) and Tom Lake (Audio). Whilst I haven’t got too far into Assassin’s Blade, I do intend to read the whole of The Throne of Glass series for the first time this year. I am enjoying Inkheart as I loved the movie and am looking forward to reading the whole trilogy. Tom Lake is my first Ann Pratchett and you can’t go wrong with a narration from Meryl Streep.
@@loverofpages when I read multiple books I have to read completely different genres to help keep track. So far I am enjoying reading/listening to them. The Throne of Glass series is pretty small compared to the James Bond series (not including novelisations) which I intend to read. Not necessarily all 48 books and counting this year 😜😂
i don’t think you NEED to read icebreaker first but it did have a lot more with side characters and i think it would help connect with the story more. like the side characters are still fun to read about in wildfire but i think it would be better to read after knowing them too :)
I’ll be waiting for that you again review hahzj I’ve heard pretty mixed reviews of that book the premise seems interesting though btw since you mentioned cleopatra and frankenstein, have you read it and if yes was it worth reading bc it’s been sitting on my physical tbr shelve for ageeesss but for some reason I just either haven’t been in the mood to pick it up or I just forget about for the next few months
I’m really hoping I enjoy it! And YES I really loved cleopatra + frankenstein when I read it! I think if you’re not 100% set on reading it physically it would probably read quite good audibly
I don’t think you have to read icebreaker before wildfire, as far as I know the two male love intrest are on the same hockey team, but I’d probably be more logical to read it in chronological order 🤷♀️

They’re my favourite videos honestly

7 is still amazing, I hope 2024 is a better year for you (and reading)!!! 🩷
The first book I'm reading in 2024, and a 5 star prediction, is Nestlings by Nat Cassidy!
Oooo will check this out!

The range!!! I hope you’re loving them all ~ I’ve really been considering reading the throne of glass series!

I really wanna read once upon a broken heart and powerless so bad! I just don’t have them physically yet ❤
I also NEED to read powerless and get my hands on it!!! I hope you love them both 🩷
such a fun video! I was wondering though, how do you have so many books that haven't officially come out yet? Like Blue Sisters? I'd love to know!
They’re proof copies! Through doing book content + being a bookseller I luckily get sent loads :)

Okay perfect thank you! I do always wonder that with interconnected romance series so that’s good to know

The first book I’m reading this year is ruthless vows🫢

I enjoyed Divine Rivals enough to want to read Ruthless Vows but I can wait. I have got it on my Kindle, though, ready to go at some point soon ish
