To be honest A fresh MBBS graduate can't even Crack MRCS or MRCP so forget about Fellowship exams just after MBBS.Even UK graduates train for 4 to 5 years before they apply for Fellowship Exams.I had seen a lot of indian Mch/DM doctors giving multiple attempts to crack these exams.My advice is to follow the proper route and enter through Core training and then proceed to Consultant level.Good luck.

Mam please telleme that master of surgery and mch in usa after mbbs from india is really worth it ....I seend one quora post that was if u come back return in india after finished study in usa its fully waste not worth it like ...and gimme some consult am willing to do master of surgery in USA but I would like to work in dubai abudhabi Australia ,usa ,new Zealand through Usmle license ... So in studying in usa work in diff countries is really matchable ,will be succeed to be a best doctor ?! Am mean usa medical syestem can teach me a universal treating syestem ..? Can usa doctor work in diff countries will be succeed? Or usa medical syestem only helpfull for in USA only??
USA has the best training system in the world.Every country will allow you to work very easily with USA degrees but believe me once You become a doctor in USA you will not go anywhere because they have everything which no country can provide. But if you think that You can get surgical training in USA then please forget that thing.Its near to impossible.You can only get lower branches like Internal medicine and Pediatric and that with immense hard.A fact-The easiest surgical branch to get into is General surgery and according to data of 2018 only a single IMG got that branch in whole USA and he was from AIIMS Delhi.It was my suggestion,Choice is yours.

If you had done MRCS then apply for ST3 Neurosurgery Recruitment and give MSRA and interview and start your training

Germany is easy way out but not accepted in India , go for Plab if you wish to serve in India some day
For MRCP how many years we need to complete that degree to be a consultant and recognised as pg done dr. In india?
