I just brought home the 48" LG C3 and it's the perfect size for my small bedroom. I was gonna go with a 55" or 65" but I'm glad I went with something on the smaller side since I'm only about 4 feet from the TV. Amazing TV btw.
Appreciate your thoughts on the Samsung Frame. Purchased the 55” Frame in 2021. Absolutely love it over my Living Room mantle. Use it 90% for art and 10% for TV during the holidays when children, grandchildren are visiting. My den / keeping room / kitchen has a 50” Sony. Thinking a Samsung just looks better.
I'm just here to say thank you to you and your lovely life partner for all the advice you both gave on purchasing the Samsung S90C 77' OLED. I was stuck on whether to go with S95C 65' or the 75' Hisense U8. The advice you offered on the difference between HDR10 and HDR10 plus was the deciding factor. I choose the S90C 77' and all i can say is OMG!!!!!!! I've never felt better about a decision I've made since buying my first car. Thanks a bunch and happy holidays to you and you family.
We really need a review of the Hisense u8k 100 inch. 1500 dimming zones and 1500 nits mini LED for $3000 at 100 inch that's insane and might be the best 98 inch or above for under$10k
Was set for the Sony a95l 77 inch oled I managed to play with settings in store and was amazed,,,,unfortunately I went back a few days after and got qn900 8k 75 inch after having a play on this tv settings got great deal just wish I had room for the 85 inch….keep up great work feller you are one I actually listen along with Brian, formo, and top pile Vincent…
S89C is a QD-OLED in the US. and WOLED in Europe and Asia.

Have you seen the Sony x95l ? It’s supposed to be one of the best led tvs ever made and I’m really interested in this due to the price and apparently closing the gab between high end Oled TVs but with out any of the risks of burn in etc

Thank you for the video ! FYI S89C is a LG WOLED panel. The S90C is a Samsung QD-OLED, less 20% brightness, so for a room with night vision, it's great indeed.

Which 75 to 80 inch would you recommend for a sunroom with all windows and 90 percent sunlight?
We just bought the Insignia 58" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV to replace an older 1080 HD tv in our bedroom. It was a huge upgrade from what we had, even though it is on the lower end of the tv's that are out these days. Only time will tell as to how long it will last
That's plenty of tv for most.
Insignia is best buy's store brand and honestly isn't to bad for the price at all. I've had 2 insignia tvs and they had pretty good screen quality and lasted many year's surprisingly.

Any suggestions for a large Performing arts center aka. large theatre? We'd like one large TV hanging on either side of the stage.
Also if your looking for a projection tv. The Benq ht4550i is the best projector bang for the buck hands down. Under $3k 3000 lumens LED with dimming zones. One professional reviewer compared it closely to a $18k JVC projector.

For the S89C - I am debating on it or a non-OLED for a bonus room home theater. The room has a lot of windows but I mostly watch movies in the evening. Would it still be a good choice or is there another I should be looking at?
I would get oled all night for theater type viewing.

I like the 98” TCL you showed a few days ago. I have a 85” SAMSUNG. Which is better besides the price and size?
One is a Chinese piece of tech that will last you 2 years or 7 years. The other is a Japanese piece of tech that will last you 7 or 15 years.

I got me the Samsubg 98" Q80c. In my livingroom & i sit 13 feet from it. Its great. No not better than Oled but $5k for a 98" Qled. Now im hooked & cant go back below an 85 😂 #firstworldproblems

I do not recall you addressing user interface, and if you did not, what TV would you recommend that delivers on picture but also provides the user with a pleasant experience with the interface? I currently own a Visio P Series Quantum X65. The picture quality is good but the user interface is horrible and very frustrating. I’m just done with it and would like to retire this thing. Google TV is best for that. I would say the Hisense U8K is a great price and quality with better OS than Vizio.

Ok now that I am even more confused on deciding lol I have a 13.2 home theatre setup. My budget is $1200 it can only be a 55in or 65in the max due to wall unit opening. The room is 20ft x 18ft seating distance from the is 14ft. What’s your two best recommendation for a 55in and a 65in I don’t do any gaming I mostly streaming tv and movies with a Nvidia Shield. I do however have a Panasonic DP UB420. The room gets daylight not direct sunlight so it’s not a super bright room. What’s your thoughts

You'd want to go with a decent 120hz tv like the hisense U8K or sony X90L. tcl qm8, I think the OLED tvs are great for sports the B3 or C3 from LG and likely the best processing is the Sony OLED tvs like a95l or a80l

I just bought a 65" Hisense QLED with full array for $700 and the picture looks just as good as the 75" LG OLED in my living room that was more than twice the price.
That's awesome. You really have to sit there and pick at tvs to find all the flaws we do. But glad you're happy with them and I am all about hisense qled tvs

The need for giant TV’s is goofy. We still have a 50” plasma upstairs and when it gets replaced someday, 65 is the biggest I’d consider. We got a 49” in the bedroom, wall hung, and it seems enormous sometimes. I get it though, big TV’s are fun, but….👍🤪🏳️🌈

It is pretty goofy considering most people just watched streamed compresses nonsense. I can understand if people watch a lot of films on a room over UHD bluray. But 4K streaming is hilariously bad. Most people can’t tell the difference, but then most people have headaches and don’t know why either 😂

This sounds like the randoms that come here to get the high tech info they think they already know and then complain the "easily digestible" info that real people need is too simple for their big brains. Every time I go to best buy they just tell me everything besides Sony is garbage. If you go with Samsung or LG it's like they shame you. Very annoying.
They don't have the comparison and review background. A lot of them don't even know that hisense and tcl make good tvs as well. But only the top Sony oled a95l and led x95l are great. All of their other tvs are Mid and expensive. Many good ones out there.

Props to you for running with the bag, these companies just want normal people to spend more money. The goal is innovation, lets see some input about that and maybe the overlords willl hear you. The s89c is a w OLED still OLED none the less but not quantum dot technology but for less than 2k WTH I still went with s90c and couldn't be happier add in q750soundbar and let me tell you wow blown away with it thanks B for the videos helps us all be a educated consumer for sure Happy holidays to All of you
Hello @BTheInstaller, I really like your video’s and watch them all. Fortunately Best Buy doesn’t deliver in the Netherlands but here are also shops with very nice prices. I bought the LG G3 77 inch for €3195,-. And because LG celebrates 10 year OLED I get ‘n extra €200, off.
I think that’s a nice price for ‘n awesome TV.
