@@MorganStoryman we don't exactly know, in the book ,( the two towers) when he appeared to aragon, girlie and legolas , they ask him what happened when he feel , he said they fell for what felt like an eternity, when the balrod hit the water his flame was extinguisht, and he became sort of slime covered, they fought, but the other creatures don't there ( gandalf refused to speak of them ) both he and the balrog avoided them and hid , then made their way back up the mountain, gandalf had to follow the blarig you clearly knew his way around, then he and gandalf had a running battle from the roots of the mountain to itx peak, the whole thing took about 9 days , il send you something a bit more detailed just a sec
You missed just a couple things about the Balrog - first, most of the rest of Thorin Oakenshield's company reawakened it when they tried and failed to reclaim Moria, dying within a chamber the Fellowship eventually came across. Second, The Rings Of Power speak that Mithril was created when an Elf gave his life force to keep a tree living, while a Balrog tried to burn it down. Lightning struck the tree, and the energies from both forces were sent into the ores of the mountains and created Mithril. I believe that this Balrog who warred with the elf and the one who slumbered in and eventually ruled over Moria are one and the same.
Thank you sir. Fantastic insight. Very much appreciated - and very true but for time sake i had to leave out some things but maybe i ll do a longer version in the future. Please do subscribe and drop your deep knowledge and feedback on future videos.

Did Rings Of Power Really Hint at the Balrog? If not what other creature could it be?
It must be , there are other creatures deeper underground, below the abyss,
