- Here's Putt Putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise. In this game, Putt-Putt decided to plan a birthday party/anniversary for his dog, Pep, ever since he was found in a lost cave from Putt-Putt Joins the Parade, and adopted. Putt-Putt goes around Cartown to prepare all the birthday things just for Pep, while everything has to be kept as a secret, away from Pep.

Rover talks like a messed up Mickey Mouse in this
one.
the last putt putt game of the series.
My favorite part of the game was the ice cream. Because of this, I imagined if Putt Putt could turn any other color (e.g. Pink, Brown, Black and White) besides the standard 6 colors of the rainbow.
Declan Carey Same here.
If Fatty Bear were in the games as Putt Putt's companion, I'd have him give his own critique on each of the flavors.
Orbit Orange: Mmm, I love a good orange sherbet, But I wonder why they call it "Orbit Orange".
Lightning Lemon: Oh boy! Tastes just like frozen lemonade. I think i've found a winner.
Lucky Lime: Ah, a perfect combination of sweet and sour. Very tasty.
Lucky Licorice: I've never been fond of black licorice, but I like the flavor of this.
Very Very Vanilla: Mmm. The Thrill-a of Vanilla.
Cosmic Chocolate: Rover, you'd better start the engines on that rocket, cause this Cosmic Chocolate is out of this world.
Galactic Grape: Mmm, tastes just like frozen grape juice. I've found a great flavor.
Blue Banana: I've never heard of a blue banana, but it's still tasty.
Rocket Razzleberry: I've never heard of a razzleberry before, but i love it. Very tangy.
Solar Strawberry: I know I love strawberry ice cream, but this one tastes like the strawberries were grown by the sun itself.
I used to play this game when I was in Pre-School
This game was made by Humongous’ then parent company Atari, known for Pong and Centipede. This game was known for not only being the final Humongous Entertainment game ever, but also being one of the worst HE games of all time (the other one being Pajama Sam 4)
Well that's your opinion some people like this game and effort was put in if anyone is to blame it's infogrames or atari
I think the company first had GT interactive as their parent company, than they got sold to infogrammes who would later rebrand as Atari
Why did Putt-Putt invite the North American Cartown residents to Pep’s surprise birthday party?
It would of been funny if it actually was peps birthday
Neat I m glad pep had a birthday after all he needed one real badly if you ask me
Poor Pep! 0:52
Idk when they ate ice cream but it looked BUSSIN
3:38 wow using the 1992 cutscene, so much changes from the first game had been made
This game also reuses some of the music from Putt Putt Saves The Zoo.
@@retroflashbackdude I just noticed this after playing the game just now!
I wonder why humongous entertainment went out of business?
That cake was super cute 🥰
Thank you 😋
the nostalgiaaaa
If you honk your horn in the library Ms Bundlenugget will tell you to be quiet.
Did Rob Paulsen literally make Rover sound like Mickey Mouse?
I don’t know actually.
I used to play this game when I was a wee little kid Papa joins the parade at my cousin's house
Any reason Putt Putt is voiced by a 40 year old woman trying to sound like a child instead of by an actual child like the previous games?
BeanBag343 I don’t have any reason to explain.
It likely sounds more like an teenage girl.
Because by this point, the crew was working with a smaller budget, which meant they couldn't afford to bring Nancy Cartwright back to reprise Putt-Putt. So, they ended up going Michelle Thorson.
@@MediaNutso who's Nancy and also next time (if there is one) they should get a boy
@@MediaNutsoit not just her it every one of the actors were changed too I think
Atari ruined everything for this game
There was a Dalmatian puppy in this game which reminds me of Marshall from Paw Patrol! 31:22
in fact, they predicted The Overrated Nick Jr Show which came out 10 years after this game!
I have all the respect in the world for Nancy Cartwright, but I much preferred the voice acting of the original 6-year-old that played Putt-Putt. This is breaking my brain in the worst way.
That’s not Nancy Cartwright, she only played Putt-Putt in “Enters the Race”.
Putt-Putt is played by Michelle Thorson in this game.
1:08:30 rocket razzleberry
1:05:07 orbit orange
1:05:31 lightning lemon
1:05:57 lucky lime
1:08:04 blue banana

Putt putt was always a boy and now he sounds like a women... that's weird! I prefer his voice in the old games, she was much cuter. Also, the voice actress doesn't put a lot of emotions in her performance. It's ok but could be better :S
The music is soooo boring in this game. It's a loop repeated over and over! Where are the various pieces of music like in the second and third games? Where is the creativity and the fun? Not here apparently!
This game is like Pajama sam 4; the voice acting is meh, the new characters are not memorable at all, the '' adventure '' is a bit boring. There is no mini-games or they are lame. It has no charm like the original. I'm glad i never bought this game! I got Freddy fish 3 and it's always fun to replay it :D
