- Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise, officially, known as Fatty Bear, is the second video game made by Humongous Entertainment (the first being Putt-Putt Joins the Parade) and the first and only of the Fatty Bear video games, not counting spinoffs. It was released in 1993 on both floppy disks and CD-ROM for the DOS and Macintosh operating systems as well as the 3DO. The game was later re-released in 1995 and contained a Windows/Mac/DOS compatible disc.
In this game, Kayla is having her birthday tomorrow and it's time for her to go to bed, While she sleeps, her toys and stuffed animals come to life to prepare for her party. Fatty Bear searches through the house looking for ingredients with which to bake a cake.
I remember playing this when I was 5 and I just found this again 😭 the nostalgia is hitting hard.
completing this game at a young age was the equivalent of mastering quantum physics as an adult

Ah yes, blowing up the balloons in the floppy version of this game probably has the most infamous example of mad-libs dialogue in a Junior Adventure game.
Too bad Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise is the first and only Fatty Bear video
game!
I'm surprised by this too!
I've had this game for over 20 years but never saw this even older version!

@@Dosgamert Actually I just remembered I did have access to the floppy versions on that CD too, but I never played them. I played the Fatty Bear one a little but stopped after assuming there were no changes.
