- Here's Pajama Sam 2: Thunder and Lightning Aren't So Frightening. In this game, Pajama Sam visits the World Wide Weather corporate headquarters and weather factory located on the clouds. While confronting a surprisingly kind Thunder and Lightning, Sam accidentally causes a major malfunction by tripping on his cape and hitting the red button that causes some pieces of the weather machines to be shaken loose and scattered in different places in WWW. Sam is tasked with retrieving the four missing major parts, before the CEO and president of WWW, Mother Nature, an onion, finds out.

Humongous entertainment was way ahead of their time
This game from the 90s is mind blowing
Out of all the Humongous games I have played (which is all) this one will always be my favorite. I probably played it 10x over as a kid
I used to play this game when I was actually a young boy at the time you know!

Man do I hate it that my disc got screwed up. I miss this game. I played it every time there was a storm when I was a little kid

Pajama Man: Not so fast, Dust Devil!
(Boom)
Dust Devil: Pajama Man! I'll spin you to the four corners of the Earth do-gooder!
Pajama Man: My handy-dandy Pajama Man Super Power Vac says different!
Dust Devil: Pajama man you Suuuuu...
Pajama Man: Exactly!
Chase: Go, Pajama Man!
Benny: Now that's what I am talking about!
Sam: All right!
(Thunderclap)
(Sam screams and hides under the couch cushion)
Marshall: (Gasp) WOAH! (Hides under his blanket)
(Peeks out)
Sam: It's ok, it's just a little thunder and lightning.
Tracker: Yep!
Marshall: S-S-S-S-S-So s-s-s-scared! (Whimpers)
Sam: (reciting) Thunder and lightning aren't so frightening!
Diego: That's right, Sam!
Sam: (Weakly) Heh, heh, heh...
Diego: Now come on out from underneath of the couch cushion! And as for you, Marshall, come on out from underneath of that blanket!
Sam: Alright, Diego!
Marshall: Ok! (Whimpers)
(Both Sam and Marshall come out of hiding)
Rocky: Oh boy!
Sam: Thunder and lightning aren't so frightening, but I'm scared!
Marshall: Me too!
(Thunderclap)
(Sam screams)
Marshall: (Screams) Hold me! (Jumps up on Diego) Thunder and lightning are really frightening! (Howls)
Diego: Marshall! Get off of me, please! It's nothing to be afraid of here! Face it!
Sam: Someone's got to go upstairs and do something about this weather.
Ryder: You're right, Sam!
Sam: This looks like a job for...
Rocky: Here we go, again!
Sam: Pajama Sam!
Skye: I just knew that he would say something like that!
Diego: Calm down, Marshall, please! Stop that howling, please!
Marshall: (Stops howling) Why? I'm still scared!
Diego: Because Pajama Sam is gonna help you conquer your thunderphobia problem once and for all and right now I am gonna let you down and when I do, I just want you to just tell me that he is gonna help you get over that thunderphobia problem that you are having right now! Understand?
Marshall: Got it!
Diego: Good!
(Diego puts down Marshall)
Marshall: Pajama Sam is gonna help me conquer my thunderphobia fear once and for all!
Diego: That's what I thought that you would say!
Sam: I know I left my Pajama Sam cape around here somewhere. I'd better find it!
Ryder: Ok, let's look around for it!
(Later)
Sam: A-HA! Found it!
Marshall: Yes!
Pajama Sam: Pajama Sam is ready for action!
Ryder: And so is the nick jr squad!
Pajama Sam: Now I can go upstairs and take care of all this thunder and lightning!
Marshall: And also to help get over my thunderphobia problem once and for all!
(Thunderclap)
Pajama Sam: I better get upstairs and do something about this!
(Later)
(Attic door opens)
(Pajama Sam sighs in relief)
Ryder: All clear, let's keep going!
Pajama Sam: Ok, here I go!
(Thunderclap)
Pajama Sam: All right, that's enough! Pajama Sam is going to put a stop to this thunderstorming once and for all!
Ryder: And so is the nick jr squad!
Marshall: That's right!
(Attic doors open from the top)
Chase: What the?
Skye: Huh?
Pajama Sam: Wow!
(Later)
Tracker: Look, over there!
(Blue barks)
Blaze: Huh?
Pajama Sam: So this is where all the weather comes from.
Zuma: Yeah!
Pajama Sam: Thunder and lightning must work there.
Rex: Yeah, tell me about it!
Pajama Sam: Watch out, thunder and lightning, Pajama Sam is coming!
Ryder: And so is the nick jr squad!
(Later)
Rubble: The crowbar worked good! Everyone get in, hurry!
(Pajama Sam and the nick jr squad climb into the crate)
Marshall: Wow! A really tight fit!

(Fork lifter employee approaching)

Ryder: Ok guys, the coast is clear! Everybody out!
Rocky: That went well!
Chase: A little too well to be exact!

Pajama Sam: Uh-oh. I think it ate the card. I hope it wasn't too important!
Zuma: Yeah!
Dora: C'mon guys, lets go!
Rex: Huh?
Everest: Hey there!
(Lightning screams)
Marshall: (Screams) Talking lightning! Hold me! (Jumps up on Diego)
Lightning: Thunder! Thunder! There's someone in here!
Skye: Uh-oh!
Lightning: Call security!
Zuma: Look, we don't want any trouble here!
Thunder: Oh, calm down, would you dear? It's just a little boy! And a bunch of pups, animals, monster trucks and also some other kids as well!
Pajama Sam: I'm Pajama Sam!
Ryder: And were the nick jr squad!
Pajama Sam: I've come to put a stop to this thunderstorming business!
Diego: (Sets Marshall down) Sorry! He just gets a little bit sensitive!
Lightning: Oh, yes, I think we've really outdone ourselves this time, isn't it wonderful?
Pajama Sam: Uh, well actually - -
Thunder: I do enjoy a good storm! And it would be so helpful for the plants and things.
Pajama Sam: I never - -
(Gets his foot caught on his cape and his cape snaps)
(Pajama Sam screams)
Tracker: SAM!
Pajama Sam: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Ryder: Uh-oh!
Thunder and Lightning: Oh, no, NOT THE RED BUTTON!!
(Machine malfunctions and explodes)
Lightning: Engaging primary safety mechanisms!
Thunder: Shifting power to backup generators!
Lightning: Setting underdraft at maximum troog!
Thunder: Adjusting horizontal hold!
Boots: Oh no!
Thunder: That should hold it for now. Damage report?
Ryder: Well?
Thunder: Looks like a few pieces have been shaken loose.
Chase: That's not good!
Lightning: Oh my gosh! Look at this weather! Hurricanes in Egypt! Tornados in Toledo!
Thunder: This is going to take everything we've got!
Pajama Sam: Um... can I help!
Ryder: And do we really need your help, too?
Lightning: Help? No one can help! We're doomed! DOOMED!
Thunder: Quiet! As a matter of fact there is something you can do! Lighting and I have important work to do here, so we need you and the nick jr squad to help fix the weather machines!
Pajama Sam: How do I do that?
Ryder: Exactly how?
Thunder: This is a list of pieces that have come off of the machines. We need you to find them and put them back where they belong. Will you do that?
Pajama Sam: Never fear, Ma'am. Pajama Sam always helps people in need!
Ryder: And as for the nick jr squad, we can do anything to help those in need! And no job is too big and no pup is too small!
Marshall: Yeah, because were heroes!
