202k Torpedo ISA - Tzenkethi Dreadnought

- My long journey to breaking 200k in a torpedo build in ISA is finally over. I have swapped out of my Sheshar and ran the Tzen-tar Dreadnought. This ship may be the better torpedo boat but they are both really great. As always alot of factors helped this run like a good team Protius tanking and Astro Zombie bringing the secondary DPS and running clean-up on the spheres. Some may be able to get more out of this build while others may get less so do not copy the build and expect the same results right away i wouldn't want any spending there currency and then feeling ripped off. This ship is a monster! Miracle Worker AND Command seating will give you Mixed Armaments AND Concentrate Firepower. So much firepower on this ship, in the hands of a skilled pilot such as yourself, it's deadly. Great job!
Well done, NX1. I (try) to run a Xindi Olaen (Heavy Escort) torp boat with decent success. I do not have the DOMINO or the Dynamic Power Distributor, so I am at a disadvantage. I do use SubSpatial Warheads with two CFs and it is a lot fun.

I'd like to see more builds tested on the DPSmark foundry mission. ISA has a lot of variables with the other members of the team which can throw off some numbers. Of course, with Foundry being disabled right now that's a bit difficult. :)
I've never had much luck with torp builds I might give my Tzen-tar a rebuild a see what I can do.
Bazz Freeman I agree that all the team maps have alot of variables that will always change the perfornace. I have run torpedo boats in DPS mark before but it is not as friendly for torpedos as it is energy weapons
@@NX1Gaming15 Oh, I don't know.. several large stationary targets for HY and some fast-movers for TS.. The point is , it's a repeatable scenario.
I think the most issue I have is that I'm old :) I did reconfigure my Tzen-tar with Biomol, Gravitic, Terran and Nausicaan torps and went for a run (Counterpoint, as it turned out, probably not the best) I think I'm much more of a tac escort driver myself. I have a cannon build on a Thozyn which is Ok, (185k or so) but love my tiny little Tzenkethi bug with beams. FAW constantly up as I zip around. haven't parsed that one yet.
I think if we want a solo player kinda of test i would go for one of the romulan patrols on elite like jepori or carraya....

FYI the Subspatial Warheads trait scales with EPG

A gravity well could be helpful for torpedo boat only thing is there is only so many officer skill slot for the officers
captianjessie1 that is the problem. Also I don't have much control or epg so I usually ask protius it astro to bring there science boats haha
