I have a bunch of Hallmark Ornaments too… just note, keeping them in their original boxes or at least keeping the boxes as they are collectibles worth a pretty penny is a REALLY good idea. Especially ones that came with collector cards. For future generations this can also be a good idea. If they’re like the kind I used to get, the handcrafted ones, they’re also dated. I have all mine and some of 35-40+ years still in the box. It’s like Christmas 😂 opening up every box at Christmas.
If Christian doesn’t want to fold them up to keep you could cut out the front or something and keep that in the ornament box with the ornament; thus keeping the fun/nostalgia part without the clutter. 😊
Oh, and if you decide to get rid of the boxes check into Hallmark Ornament collectors first. I do believe they often look for boxes for ornaments that don’t have their boxes anymore. Maybe they’d buy them. I haven’t looked into this though. I have looked into some Winnie-the-Pooh book ornaments that I wasn’t able to get. We used to go to the local Hallmark store, when we had one, and get 50-75% or more off ornaments after Christmas. At most we paid $5… now some selling those are $40 to $150+!! 😮And they’re not even that old.
The segment about the bib sweater made me laugh really really hard 😭😭😭 I’m currently in the ER with a very severely sore throat and this video gave me a much needed distraction and serotonin boost!!
I've been sat here listening to the vlog and writing out my own to-do list, but there was one thing I could not for the life of me remember what it was. At least, until you mentioned painting your nails. 😂 That was it!!
I know it's a little on the late side but I have sheer curtains in my living room. I like to tie a knot in each curtain part way up so it allows for better gathering, doesn't totally block the window (cats like the windowsill), and gets rid of that "bedroom" feel you mentioned. Maybe give it a try to see if it helps?
also, I love the idea of the ornament boxes! I almost wish we had ornaments just to have that experience of adorning a tree with specially-chosen trinkets 😊 I don't really remember caring about individual ornaments as a child, I guess because it was always repetitive sets of weird rainbow glass or foil ones from the 70s lol
Hey Bailee, our Costco is NEVER slow . It is always a hugh nightmare . Parking is better at the bigger store , but handicap parking is always full . And there are times I can't get a electric cart . Have serious trouble walking long distances and you know how big Costco is .

I did try, and it didn't work. 😢
It's shutter speed that will fix this. A fast shutter speed will eliminate the flickering.

All the Christmas Decorations look wonderful, Baylee. If you wanted some baubles up you could put a couple in that plant contraption you have the poinsettia in. We have a tiny Charlie Brown Christmas tree, so most of our ornaments are all around the house and not on the tree.

In Denmark most households play a kind of "gift Yahtzee" where you have one or two dice that you roll, only on a 6 you are allowed to take any gift on the table, you have around 30 minutes to get thought it all, when all gifts have been snatched, you are allowed to steal from the others at the table - Some people, most, play with a rule that says everyone needs to have AT LEAST one gift when the game ends, some play with a rule that you cant steal a gift from people who only have one gift, but it depends, in most cases people can steal from everyone and if someone is sat with no gift they have ultimate free choice in what gift they want and from who, though you cant take from someone that only has one, and most people take from the people who have the most gifts.
Its very fun, and the more gifts you can bring the bigger a chance everyone will sit with a gift at all times hehe!
(We often buy cheaper but useful gifts, we often steal from each other but focus on the people who has the most gifts, at the end people often donate a gift or two to the people with the least amount of gifts, very fun when you have a nice family

Business question: When you give some of your products to someone as a gift, do you "buy" them from your business or do you just subtract it from stock?
I list 97% of my stock in the shop and withhold 3% for missing orders, family gifts, and my own personal use. I don't buy it from the business. I just take it.

use a steamer on the curtains rather than ironing.
I find it ineffective for deep fold lines. But it's just a small dinky steamer.

Birdfeeders are lovely and a squirrel in the garden is lovely to watch... ots not that mice and rats will come... after all the birdies will eat everything very quickly... because they are hungry in winter.
@@annnoyez it’s any spillage, even seed shells that will draw them. They will get some seed but even if they don’t they get drawn to the house and then look for food and warmth nearby. Ymmv. Merry xmas.

Careful putting sharp objects in the saranwarp game, people can accidentally cut their fingers on the product, most of the sharp objects are in closed packaging but the peeler looked dangerous

There's not nearly enough decorations in the tree. Also no garlands. Trust me Bales, it will be so much better is you stuff your tree full and then some
