Do you think filler in the temples can cause lymphatic drainage issues that lead to malar bags? I’ve had an MRI on my face and then small amount of filler dissolved under ultrasound. I then had surgery and the surgeon still saw filler there and removed it. But I still have malar bags (as well as a dip that I’ve tried to resolve with 4 x PRF treatments) Issue is still unresolved….
