Yes it is much better than 2011 Azera. The new one came up with 3.0L petrol engine even in the base model.
I have this car, It is better but not not much than 2011, in terms of mechanic body, options like smart cruize, autohold, etc, My best favorite is smart cruize function

Should I buy this or 2017-19 Cadenza (K7)?
Both share their power trains, chassis, and etc. Almost same car except their exterior & interior design and some setting factors. So I suggest you to test drive both before you buy.
@@skrauto-povdriving6846 I have driven the Cadenza before my brother has one but the styling of the Azera has always been a lil bit more appealing for me I'll see about that tho thx :)
