    Great review. I got a new 2021 sahara unlimited with a manual. Question: how fast does it warm up on the inside in cold weather? I live in north central Texas and while it does not get cold here very often. It can get nippy at times. Sometimes below zero.

    Why in 2020 these jeeps still with the manual sit adjustment I think this makes it look cheaper!!!

    • @Cardi185
      @Cardi185 4 роки тому +1

      I hate the manually adjusted seats and those outdated (" in the way") parking / emergency brake lever.

    • @hireikana18
      @hireikana18 4 роки тому +2

      I can slightly understand why they’re manual (water leaking in on occasion could mess up the controls I guess)
      But even so, the dash and other controls are protected from water, why not the seats as well (the back doesn’t even adjust well)

    Do you think it is better to lease or finance a Jeep?

    • @ggolds5
      @ggolds5 4 роки тому

      I ordered mine. I lease it. Resale on them is among the 3-4 highest of any vehicle on the market. Meaning you can turn it in early if you want to, or go over mileage and at trade in time any dealer will pay off the over mileage because resale allows for a higher trade in regardless. I've leased many Jeeps, never got stuck in a turn in at the end. Leasing is the way to go.

    • @haleynicole3311
      @haleynicole3311 4 роки тому

      ggolds5 have you ever went over your mileage limit? that’s one thing I’m scared about!

    • @ggolds5
      @ggolds5 4 роки тому +1

      @@haleynicole3311 Most of the time I go over the limit. When you decide to trade it in either early or at lease end any dealer will pay off the mileage to get you into another vehicle. The only time that can be an issue is if you have a vehicle with a low resale value that makes it cost prohibitive for dealers to buy back a vehicle. The Wrangler's resale value is VERY high, 3-4 highest so this really should not be an issue. Always get the max mileage you can purchase, 15K per year. Typically if you lease a korean vehicle like KIA, it is often hard to trade them in with over lease mileage. Great vehicles, but lower then average resale. I still was able to trade mine in with 10K over mileage after 3 years with a 39 month lease. So 3 months early, but with my Jeeps I was easily able to trade them in at 24 months on 36 month lease's. If this just makes you too uncomfortable when I would say don't do it, but honestly, i've had my wife lease the last 3 vehicles she's had and it works out fine. Then again, I take care of all the car stuff for her so she doesn't have to worry about any of it. Get what you want and enjoy it. Life is short.

    • @haleynicole3311

      ggolds5 Thank you so much! I am going to lease a Jeep Wrangler. you were very helpful

    • @ggolds5
      @ggolds5 4 роки тому +1

      @@haleynicole3311 You're very welcome. Do a 36 month, 15K per year. Don't put a lot of money down, the idea of leasing is you put less down then if you finance. Don't get caught up in people saying things like, If you lease it you don't own it. That's word games. Meaning, if you finance it, the bank owns it until your very last payment is made. Same as the lease. No difference. I still customize my lease vehicles the same as if I financed them. As for condition at lease turn in, same as finance. Any moderate or major damage either way no dealer is going to be okay with it, so no real difference there. The ONLY thing to pay special attention to is this. I'm in Connecticut. All leases include gap insurance. Some states, not sure where you live, don't require insurance companies to put on gap insurance. That means, if your vehicle is ever totaled then gap insurance pays the difference in the value of the vehicle and what you owe on it. The reason leases need to have gap insurance is in a lease you pay little up front and at lease end you've paid off less then a finance. Great for you as you have a lower payment then finance. However, there can be a "gap" if your vehicle is totaled and what you owe is more then it's value, you don't want to get stuck with the difference. IE, your insurance company will put gap insurance on the lease vehicle. Just make sure when you call your insurance company that they do this. It's %100 necessary. Not costly at all, but make sure you have gap insurance.

      I was not allowed to drive it because I was not there to buy this Jeep, I was only there to film it. It would have been nice to drive it for the video but again they only allowed me to make the video without leaving the parking lot. I still appreciate them for handing me the keys and allowing me to film their vehicle for my channel and to share it with you guys. When I bought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from them I was allowed to test drive it, because I was there to buy the car, which I did end up buying after test drive 2 years ago.

    A ridiculous rip off, with abysmal reliability, whose sales are going to plummet drastically when the Ford Bronco makes its debut.That will likely be followed by the re-introduction of the Toyota FJ cruiser, and Nissan Xterra
    which will further impact Wrangler sales unless they either reduce the price to what would be considered realistic in the first place, or offer unbelievable incentives.

    • @phantomplanet07ify
