how a Kappa particle is formed inside paramecium?? if it is formed by dominant k then why 2nd num ex-conjugants do not form kappa particles by it self despite having dominant k

Nope. The only function of dominant K gene is to produce paramecin. Kappa particles are not formed by k gene.

You have told that if a paramecium has the absence of kappa particles or k gene. Then paramecium is called sensitive. But if in sensitive paramecium kappa particles are absent then k gene themself form kappa particles 🙄🙄🤔🤔

K gene function is to produce paramycin not to form Kappa particles.

Dear k gene(Kk/KK) does not produce kappa particals but k gene is important for maintainaince of kappa particals which are already present in cytoplasm of killer strain & these kappa particals produce paramacin ....in sensitive strain if there will be Kk condition still it behaves sensitive as there is absence of kappa particals in their cytoplasm so no production of paramacin.
