- "new month new me"... more like "new month, same me, new habits"/ resetting and creating new goals for yourself isn't about becoming a new person. its about becoming the best version of yourself. take this month and work on yourself because you LOVE who you are and you want to great yourself with respect. we get one life. lets live it as our happiest and healthiest selves. for me, that looks like moving my body every day, staying hydrated, spending time with people i love, and staying on top of my nutrition. we are already 7 months into the year. time is flying. think about how far you've already come and the progress you've made. now think about what you can do in the remaining months of 2023. use this new month to kickstart your motivation, not just for july, but for the rest of this year, and your life.

I am like twice her age too haha. She reminds me of my younger self. I randonmly came across some of her earlier health videos and started to follow. After awhile, I started recognizing locations in her video and realized I went to the same highschool as her. She's from my old neighborhood (I moved a couple years ago). Such a small world! She's adorable and has realistic health advice. Hope she continues to succeed and enjoy life!

We had a cat who did the same thing when I was younger and it turned out he had a bladder infection! I'd bring him to get checked out just in case! Also I'm sure you clean his litter box regularly but sometimes they do that when it's full. So if you normally clean it once or twice a week maybe try every day or every other day.

Or if it’s a boy he could be marking and it’s a territorial issue but if he’s neutered he shouldn’t so if that’s the case a bladder infection could be the reason !
The cat most likely has a UTI they will pee every were when they have one or the cat is stressed about something and not feelng well.

@@ameliedesai aw thank you I love that, and your so right so ill use your videos as a reminder and "keep in touch" so that I have someone to remind me to never let go of my discipline and if I do there are so many ways to bounce back. (and girl I LOVE my mornings too, thanks for confirming that i'm not insane for my naps and for wanting to wake up early even if I don't have anything to do)

Amelie!! Cats peeing all over the place is a sign of urinary tract infection or obstruction (more common in males)! Take him to the vet, and watch if he is experiencing pain. They usually get less hungry/more quiet. Love your vids ❣
Omg my cat does the SAME! He pees on anything on the floor. I thought my cat was just a naughty little guy. 💀😔 I LOVE YOU BTW!!!

Love all the discipline and how you strive for wellness. However, what about your skin? All this tanning is going to cause premature aging and leads to skin cancer. You may not burn but you are doing damage at the cellular level and could end up with a serious problem as early as your 20's. Don't take my word for it, do some research and then load up on the SPF. I love Neutrogena dry touch.
Even if you change your sheets, the cats can still smell the pee, so the smell makes them think they should pee there. Personally I keep my bedroom door closed, cause I have the same problem

my cat use to pee around the house when my boyfriend went back to work, turns out she has separation anxiety according to the vet!

My kitten (9 months old) used to scent everywhere and he was desexed. I took him to the vet and got a UTI shot and feliway spray which makes them less stressed. Not sure which one it was, but he never scents anymore.
Usually cats peeing is either marking their territory or a stress response. Sometimes can be as simple as adding a litter box near their preferred area to relieve themselves.
Cats pee as a way to mark their territory hahaha love your vids

My boyfriend goes to a different college than me so I’m long distance during the school year. I know exactly how you feel right now. When we first left for college it was so hard for me!! After doing it for a year I can say that it’s definitely hard but keeping yourself busy and working on yourself helps so much. It’s going to be hard but you can do it!!🩵
