We moved to San Tan Valley in 2009. It was a quiet area surrounded with beautiful cotton fields and farms. NOW, we're overwhelmed with massive homes communities, construction, schools, traffic, noise, and NOW the small town charm is gone. We're thinking about getting out of this cluster because you have to time your driving in any direction, everyday.

Some smaller bars don't like video. You'll have to come to Queen Creek to explore for yourself.

How does it work if you want to add a pool to the house?

You would hire a pool contractor to build you a pool (and put in landscaping) after closing. This would not be in your mortgage, this would need to be paid with cash or you take out another loan (if possible) to finance the project.
