Hi Jonny - another brilliant video (as always) and I love seeing how you have to set an implement up before you can use it - thanks for sharing and looking forward to part 2...
Hi Kenneth! Glad you like the setting up part of the videos, I like to put that part in just to show that there is more to it than simply sticking an implement on and driving up and down the field. A lot of my friends didn’t realise how much tweaking and adjusting we have to do to get things working correctly. Hopefully over the course of my videos I can stick up for the tractor drivers out there to show we’re not just “bums on tractor seats” lol I hope your well Kenneth, Have a lovely weekend!
Thanks rob! There’s been a bit of a delay in videos while i just sorted a few things out my end. But we’re all sorted now and they should be coming more regularly from now! :) Thanks for watching! :)

It can be very hard work Maurice, lovely land for growing vegetables and root crops, it’s very fertile. There’s a real art to operating machinery on it though, it can be very unforgiving to the inexperienced, as I found out early in my career and still do on a regular basis lol 😂
If everyone else could learn to speak right the same as we do in stoke there would be no issues. You lot really must try harder. Thanks for another excellent video.

Hey Johnny, I've never worked on an organic farm before, it looks a lot of extra work doing with out Roundup,Do you think the premium price they get for the producer is worth all the extra work ?, in comparison to normal sprays and fert.
ROSSgreat pice of kit; keep up the good work Ross you asked a question! I answered? Why the silly reply? We don’t think it is viable.Just our opinion 😉
Yes, it’s worth the extra work Stephen. If it wasn’t I don’t think there would be such a things as organic farms. I think the main thing with organic isn’t the extra work, it’s just a lot harder to grow the crops. There is no access to quick fixes, like liquid nitrogen, nitram or any other chemical fertilisers. Farming organically, the most important thing for us is to look after the soil, organic farming is fairly future proof, there are no short term fixes, everything is long term. If the chemicals keep getting banned the way they do, one day in the future people might not have the option of roundup. Hope that helps a bit. I’m no expert at the economics of it all, this is just from experience of working with an organic system :)
Jonny 1388 Definitely more soil engaged work to be done.I expect the margins to be tighter with more work and slightly more labour intensive especially if vegetables and roots are involved.Roundup up is certainly not the be all and end all,one day it will go,but it is only a good weapon in the armoury with all other chemicals. We use it frugaly, and try to cultivate weeds out as the organic boys do.We don’t splash it around liberally like some do. Back to my original point, organic would not work for us with our current cropping, soils etc.We will keep going as we always have trying to turn a profit.
