Thank Emily, very helpful. One of our Orgs has a July/June fiscal year for accounting purposes but needs the Calendar Year for reporting globally. What will be the best way to handle this. Just adjusting the Standard fiscal year to start July 1st and work the global reports by specific dates 10/10 -12/31? or the other way around
Step 1: Under almost NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER should you enable custom fiscal years. It is irreversible and will break all of your opportunity roll ups permanently.

Hi Emily. Is there a reason that you made the changes in Classic instead of Lightning?
Hey Charles! Yes. At the time of recording the video salesforce forwarded me to make the changes in classic.
