Beautiful meadow of grass, extremely tall. I can imagine a small herd of horses grazing it. I completely understand if the owners got behind, it's a large lot to maintain. Terrific tidy up job

Great idea about sharing the cuttings with local ranchers or farmers if they are interested. The price of feed is also increasing. Why waste good grass?
Because not all grass is the same, and not necessarily makes for good 'feed.' If they'll take it, then more power to them, but if its a dairy farm feeding their cows junk will make for less milk, a beef farm lower quality meat, etc. The taller the stuff gets, the less nutritional value that grass will have. Believe me, I was surprised about how much detail goes into feeding these animals, but watching some farming youtube channels really opened my eyes into the amount of work that really goes into it.

It's insane how much the price of a mower went up. The cheapest rider went from $899 to over $2,000 in just 2 years.
